Very spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was a bit small, but this is an old house so what can you expect? The staff at Hillhurst is what made the visit memorable, especially Annick and Quentin. They were most accommodating in recommending restaurants, making reservations for us and generally making sure that we were comfortable. The breakfasts were great with... More

Awesome spot for 4 couples to gather for a fun golfing vacation. Staff was exceptional-went out of their way to accommodate special requests, to provide dining recommendations and make us feel welcome. Great location for walking to restaurants, the wharf, shopping and Cows ice cream- a must. I highly recommend this spot. And, be sure to take in The Dunes... More

Wow, what can I say. No complaints what so ever. The rooms have been have been brought back to life with great taste and comfort. The staff goes well above on any request we had. Excellent breakfast choice from salmon&bagels to eggs/omelets. Located a few blocks from everything downtown and the harbor. The only issue might be the tight parking... More

We'd definitely stay here again. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the harbor. They offer a hot breakfast, made to order. Rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable. Staff helpful and accessible. My only real criticism was the lack of air conditioning. They have individual plug in units that are extremely noisy and prevent deep REM sleep. Please invest in... At a walking distance from harbour and restaurants, this inn offers fully remodeled rooms in a historic building (We stayed in the Sydney room) . Staff is very friendly and helpful; This inn is so popular that breakfast room is very crowded in the morning, causing slow service. The single coffee machine generates pretty long line

This is a very Nice hotel with very friendly staff and atmosphere. We stayed in the Fitzroy Suite, which we liked very much. The breakfast was very good - had 5 Choices presentet to us every morning. We tried 3 of them, and we were very pleased. Coffeemachine in the reception + waterbottles free of charge in a fridge there.... More

When I can't find a single thing to complain about you've got pretty much perfection. And this is it. We spent some time with the owner and he's committed to excellence. He succeeds. Everything, from the bedding to the table settings are first rate. Actually, one of the most comfortable mattresses we've ever enjoyed. And the help at the front... More

What a lovely Inn. Room was very nice, clean and well supplied. Breakfast was great in the morning with a full breakfast. Staff and owners very attentive to every need. Overall I would recommend this inn as it is close to all the stores and restaurants in the area and for the beauty of the facility and grounds. We will... More

As the title says, this old Mansion is more boutique hotel than B&B, at a B&B price with a great breakfast to boot. Most tourist sites including the tourist stop at the end of the causeway from New Brunswick recommend the Lobster Wharf on the water front if you are only in C'town for one night. These folks recommended the... More

We received a very warm welcome by Rod. Wonderful house, very large room and tasty breakfasts. Our room (Kent Room)has a jet tub which came in very handy since my husband hurt his back on this trip. Not sure why breakfast is described as deluxe continental and not full. We had yogurt with fruits, hot sausages, hot pancakes with blueberries,... More
