My friend and I just got home from 4 nights at the Dawson House. What a wonderful stay we had!! I have stayed at B&B's all over Canada and Europe and this was one of The Best. The house & rooms & property are beautiful and the breakfasts are fantastic. We woke up every morning to the wonderful aroma of Stacey's baking!!! Stacey & Randy are such great people - we felt like we'd known them all our lives. We had the room with 2 single beds and a beautiful balcony to sit out on and drink our wine!! Can't say enough great things about The Dawson House, our Hosts and our stay in PEI. Loved every minute.

The house is beautiful and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Randy and Stacy were welcoming and friendly. Everything was super clean. The neighborhood was quiet...no road noise or loud parties! Randy was especially knowledgeable about the island and gave us good suggestions for sightseeing.

I stayed at the Dawson House B&B for three nights (end of Sept./beg. of Oct.) and I couldn't have selected a better place! From the moment I arrived, Randy & Stacey were so warm & welcoming! I truly felt this was my home away from home, while in PEI. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer! Stacey & Randy are honestly the most down-to-earth, genuine and caring hosts I've ever encountered while travelling (and I've travelled extensively). I highly recommend this wonderful B&B to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Charlottetown!

Randy and Stacy were so welcoming and helpful. We loved our trip to PEI and the stay at The Dawson House was on the top of our list. The breakfast was outstanding and the atmosphere was gracious and friendly. We came as guest and left as friends.

Attention to every detail is to be found at The Dawson House. Clean, bright, cheery, warm and welcoming. The home is dripping in Victorian splendor and friendliness. Breakfast is much like that found at Downton Abbey! :-) GF bread in the offering as well. Host and Hostess are extremely pleasant...they make a great team. Off street parking. We highly recommend this lovely accommodation. Well done Stacey and Randy!

Stayed here for a couple of nights, which wasn't long enough to see all Charlottetown offered, but our stay was highlighted by this accommodation. Randy and Stacy have created a wonderful, friendly, clean business. All that you need in a B&B. From our late arrival, which Randy waited for us, to our departure both hosts could not do enough to help or offer advice. Stacy's breakfast were amazing and we were not left wanting. Our attic bedroom and bathroom were lovely although the air con was a must on the warmer summer day. Would not hesitate to recommend Dawson House for accommodation in Charlottetown.

Thank you for such a lovely review... it was a pleasure hosting you! As we both work outside of the B&B, we don't always have time to respond to all of our reviews... but now that we are slowing down a wee bit, I'll make the time. It is guests such as yourselves that allow us to love what we do as a living. We absolutely love it when people come to our Island and enjoy it as much as we do. Take care and hope to see you again! Very clean. Great hosts. Delightful breakfast with good company. Egg Benedict for me but variety of cereals and bread, warm cinnamon rolls, Centennial house with beautiful furniture. Great outdoor but did not have a chance to use the pool because the weather did not permit.

This B and B is centrally located in the Heritage district in Charlottetown. Very walkable to downtown area and waterfront. Stacey and Randy were friendly hosts and very accommodating. Our bedroom with ensuite was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and very clean. Our hot breakfast each morning was delicious. The swimming pool in the back yard is beautiful and available to guests. We would recommend this beautiful Heritage home if travelling to Charlottetown. Kelowna Guests

Stayed for a total 3 nights - 2 on arrival before leaving for other places & 1 on our return. Wonderful old house, stayed in the upstairs bedroom. Windows on 3 sides, large ensuite w/a soaker tub, comfortable bed, fridge, semi private sitting room - everything you would want or need. Stacey & Randy were as welcoming as anyone can be. They looked after my wife's dietary issues at breakfast, packed a breakfast for our (really) early flight departure, offered to pick us up downtown (we walked - it's only 15-20 minutes) & generally did all they could to make our stay pleasant & memorable. If anyone wants a great place to stay in Charlottetown, look no further
