This was the 7th time we have chosen Sandman Signature in Toronto. The first six times it was fabulous, rooms were great, staff are always friendly and helpful. This time tho we must have been given a 'sub-standard' room is it was not the same as previous stays. It was dated, not as clean, one of the washcloths in the... More

After a long weekend at a trade show, my wife and I went to the Sandman Hotel near the Toronto Airport. Great rooms, a bit mod actually, which is good as alot of toronto mhotels are quickly becoming dated esthetic/furniture/design wise. We'd for sure go back anytime.

Good stay untill I woke up in the morning and found little bugs under a wet towel I had left on the floor in the bathroom. Yikkes this scares me. I re-checked the sheets and they were ok. I told the person at the desk and I hope they look into it. 4th floor

I stayed here last night as Air Canada ( or Air Crapada as I now call them) screwed me over and made me miss my flight home. When I walked in, I was impressed; very modern, very trendy. The problem came when I got my key and went to my room. I opened the door and, to my dismay, there... More

This hotel is well-located for accessing by road and, as you would expect, convenient for the airport. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My dinner was outstanding. New chef, Alex Chen, made an excellent job of Arctic Char on a bed of mash, augmented by a simple bean accompaniment, letting this wonderful fish speak for itself. I as less impressed... More

I stayed at the Signature Sandman for one night after Air Canada screwed up a connecting flight. They apparently place a lot of their passengers at this hotel in that situation. The hotel itself looks okay. The lobby is decent. Service was pretty poor. The bus from the airport took forever (with some 20 people from a delayed flight). At... More

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found the front end staff to be very friendly and courteous. The swimming pool was a bit small, so didn't make it in swimming. The room was a nice size and had a balcony which was a very nice feature for sitting out on the chairs and at the table for breakfast.... More

We had to spend a night here after our flight to JFK was cancelled. It was a very nice clean and welcoming hotel. The room was very spcious and clean, with good facilities. The staff were helpful behind reception. The restaurant in this hotel was excellent!

We were not planning to spend the night in Toronto but a cancelled flight led our airline to put us up at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, clean and well appointed. It was the perfect place to unwind after a very challenging travel day. Kudos to any airline that respects their customers enough to put them up at... More
