I have been looking forward to staying at the Delta for a while and I have been so disappointed. Our bathroom was fairly dirty. Scum on the countertop. Carpet has a few stains. Bathroom door handle was gross. Aside from the cleanliness, the bed is not comfortable. No fitted sheet, so you're sleeping on a crumpled up sheet and lots of exposed mattress half way through the night , which is very gross in a hotel. Most obnoxious of all was the parking situation. Chose to self park as we were only staying for a night. The lot in the hotel is a public lot, with no in and out privelages, which was not mentioned during check in. We went out for dinner and were charged $45 to leave for dinner, and another $45 when we checked out the next morning. I believe valet is $55 and you would most certainly have in and out. On the bright side, if you are in town for a game at either Scotia or sky dome, at some point in the future, the location is pretty unbeatable.

I stayed at Delta Toronto for close to a week and had a decent stay. The rooms are rather small and a bit claustrophobic. The service was okay. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly but the person that delivered my room service was rather rude. The most appealing things about Delta is the location. It's close to Union Station, the CN tower, Scotiabank Arena, etc. Overall, It's kind of just your generic marriott property. If you're not expecting anything amazing, you will likely have a nice stay at Delta.

I took my daughter to Toronto for a small vacation prior to school starting. This hotel was recommended by a family member and I am really happy with the choice. Although getting to the hotel was not straightforward - beware that the skywalk is not functioning as per usual, we were immediately comforted upon entering our room. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Ontario gave an amazing view - even my 6 year old appreciated it. A lovely bathroom with a glass shower, and lots of space in the room for my girl to spread out with her toys. The staff were amazing - remembering us and treating us so warmly. They always took time to listen to my chatty girl, who had to share the events of the day with everyone. Some notes: having no housekeeping at all was a bit disappointing. Our beautiful room quickly became a pile of pool towels and full trash cans. It only took a call to have someone come pick things up, but some extra supplies in the room, such as tissue and toilet paper would have come in handy. The location of this hotel is excellent - close to major sports venues, the CN Tower and Ripley's aquarium are literally across the street. There are lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, and other attractions are a quick Uber ride away. The hotel was very clean, and had lots of safety protocols in place - including the use of the pool. We were often the only ones in the pool - but they were limiting capacity which seemed very sensible. Some other amenities were not available such as the fitness center and change rooms. More than once we made the trek up to our room to use the potty during our hour's allotted time in the pool. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel on a 3-day trip to Toronto. The room and all common areas were very clean and the staff was wearing masks and gloves all time. The reception guys were really helpful and nice. It felt safe to stay there and Im sure covid protocols were followed.

This was our first stay at the Delta Toronto and it will not be our last! Upon arrival, the front desk staff member was most welcoming and gave us updates on the hotel practices during Covid. Our first impression was that the hotel was spotless! Our king corner room was spacious, with great views, a fabulous downtown location and the most comfortable bed. Having stayed in two of the other luxury properties downtown in the 'Marriott' chain, the Delta Toronto offered the same high level of comfort and customer service! We look forward to returning and being able to enjoy the full facilities including the restaurant and lobby bar area.
