As Marriott Hotel Members we were upgraded to a corner unit on the 37 th floor overlooking Porter airliners fly in over Lake Ontario. The other East view faced Marsh McLennan Skyscraper. Quick check in before 3 PM. Used the 3 express elevators on the East side to access upper floors while across the eisle on the West side, was for 2 fitness rooms and the Pool with whirlpool overlooking the Union station tracks. We were shown that the 6 elevators only work if the card key is placed over the " P " button Room was totally awesome with spectacular views. All staff were Munificent. Soco restaurant in house is nice with $40 with tax and tip for buffet breakfast. Left car at Home to save $35 each day charge. Subway, Aroma, and many restaurants across the street on Bremmer. Short walk to the Tall ship at Harbor front. Many thanks for a quiet retreat, very grateful and appreciative 💕

We came for the weekend and this hotel was right across Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. Very easy to get to from the airport and good location to walk around downtown. Our room was all we needed for a couple days - one side does face right into an office building so beware!

Stayed here for one night during a stopover in Toronto. Very convenient for access to the station, there is a walkway that connects the 3rd floor of the hotel to Union station, and it only takes 3-4 mins minutes to walk to the airport transfer train. Hotel itself was very smart, we have a room on floor 20 facing the CN Tower and enjoyed our stay.

I am very mixed about this hotel, it certainly should have received a 5 but there were so many issues I feel a 3 is high. Firstly we arrived at 3 (assigned check in time) left our truck with valet ($63) no issues parking our Silverado in the garage. This all went well. At check in there was a long line we finally got to us and there were no rooms available so they took our cell number to text when room was ready. While we waited we explored outside and sat in lobby. The lobby has flies everywhere. Staff were offering drink samples and bottles of water at the check in. 330 came and I saw many people checking in and walking straight to their rooms so I got back in the long line to be told still no rooms available. A few minutes late I got the text and got back in the line for the 3rd time. Many people were confused by the elevators as there are 2 sides and they only serve the lower floors on one side and higher floors on other many people lost. At our room we ordered room service from the QR code as we were running late for a concert. The order was incorrect messed up our burger toppings no big deal we ate it. When it came time to go to the concert (5 min walk on skywalk) we had no idea how to get to the skywalk so I tried to call the front desk, our phone buttons did not work Front desk, house keeping etc all did nothing when pushed, zero did nothing. So we walked outside. The hotel lacks information no signs for what floor the pool is on etc. ice on every other floor. The pool main fob access was broken you had to enter through the change rooms, our bathroom fan did not work, the phone did not work, there were no extra blankets and could not call house keeping, there were only 3 towels for 3 people. The pool was also very icky the floor was soaked with stagnant water full of hair, lint etc no way I was walking in it, there should be some one with a squeegee pushing it to the drains. For convenience I give the hotel a 5 and would stay again for this reason but not for anything else.

I flew into Toronto and took the UP Express train to Union Station. The Delta was very easy to find….just follow the signs. Just a few minutes walk. I arrived early but was quickly accommodated with an upgraded room on the sixteenth floor. My view was lovely and the hotel is located very close to the CN Tower, the Rogers Center, the waterfront, and many restaurants. My room was large and clean and had everything I needed. I am a senior travelling alone and I felt very comfortable and safe both in the surrounding area and in the hotel.

I had been to Toronto a number of times for business but it had been nearly 15 years since my last visit. This trip with my wife was a 2 night stay as part of a multi-stop vacation. It was her first time visiting Toronto. The staff & hotel are first rate! It was so nice for a Long Islander, who is constantly in bumper to bumper traffic & hunting for a parking space, to park the car when we arrived on Friday and not have to take the car out until we were ready to leave for our drive to Niagara! The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk from the hotel to the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Steam Whistle Brewery, to Lake Ontario for an evening cruise & more. All of these were no further than a 10 minute walk from the Delta. I am Marriott Rewards Platinum. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 28th Floor facing Lake Ontario. The room was fabulous. It had a full kitchen, a beautiful living room & a spacious bedroom. The roomy bathroom had a full size tub & a separate shower. The staff in the 46th floor lounge was extremely friendly & very efficient. The check-in process was quick & easy. The staff gave excellent directions to walk to nearby attraction & had helpful recommendations of nearby sites (including the Steam Whistle Brewery). I would highly recommend staying at this property solely for the staff even without the room upgrade. But combined with the hotel being so comfortable and the convenient location, this will be my Go-To hotel for my next visit. It's a No Brainer!

This was a nice stay!! We visited Toronto from Long Island NY for a few days. It is slightly pricey but the location can't be beat. It's minutes to the Rogers Centre, Convention Centre, Ripley's and the CN Tower. Also the Rec Room and Railway Museum area. Uber's come super quick. It's a 10 minute walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. Scotiabank area down the block. There is a Hasty Mart across the street - we frequented there for water, gatorade, bananas and snacks. Umbrellas too as the weather changed from when we packed to travel. Reasonable prices. There is a restaurant in the hotel and you can do a sit down buffet breakfast or they have a grab and go section but only pastries - nothing great. The financial building next door has an express Tim Hortons and that is where we got breakfast. It's a VERY modern hotel. Beautiful lobby. Check in was quick. The concierge was ok... hard to understand sometimes and didn't always seem to know what I was asking. The room was nice. Hardwood floor. Desk with a bar of outlets and USB ports. Mini fridge. (small square one). bathroom was BIG. I just didn't like the frosted door because it faced the beds and we often leave the bathroom light on at night so it was shining a bit. We used the shower light instead of the main light so it was dimmer but still a bit annoying. We were in room 2012. Corner room facing the Harbor. Nice view. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel felt so clean. Did not even bother to wipe down as I normally do. Room although not too big was just what we two needed. From check in to check out was smooth with no problems whatsoever. Location was important to us and we were delighted at how convenient it was to go various places. A short walk from Union Station under a skywalk was easier than anticipated. The view facing CN tower and the harbor from the 25th floor was a treat and worth the added costs. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Only wish they had breakfast included in the price as it is not cheap to stay in Toronto.

Booked a 2 bedroom for 5 people. One real bedroom, One other room which is just a bed and a door, no standing room. One pull out couch. Only one bathroom so getting 5 people ready/showered in am was very painful. Location great, very clean. Overalll great stay and would go again, but not with whole family of 5.
