One of Toronto's finest hotels. Excellent service and luxurious rooms and surroundings inside the hotel. Some of the rooms even come with balconies. It is a luxury hotel and the rooms and the surroundings inside the hotel reflect that. A wonderful stay.
Travelling isn't the easiest right now, and the staff at the Hazleton made me feel comfortable as I tried to deal with being safe on my work trip. You can tell they are taking health precautions seriously, and that is a huge comfort.. aside from that, their people are very kind and welcoming. Thank you!!
The General Manger clearly takes great pride so we enjoyed meeting him as well as having great service. The lobby bar had great food and a good selection. I wouldn't say the cocktail list was extensive but they would make (or go and get) anything you might want which is what great service is all about. Had a great experience and certainly looking forward to spending more time here.
I've stayed at The Hazelton a few times because the service has been 5 Star. This stay was different. It began when I arrived and tried to find valet. Hard to find. I couldn't find any signs that I was in the right place. I gave up and parked in front of the hotel. The valet would not park my car. I had to get back in my vehicle and drive a few STEPS into their valet lot. There, he insinuated it was silly me for not seeing that this was obviously the place. Perhaps it was silly me, but never make your guest feel silly. Treat them like rock stars! Check-in wasn't much better. The front desk person said something like, "As you would have noticed on our website, we are undergoing some exciting renovations! Renovations are currently in progress on our pool and fitness center so, we have made arrangements next door for you to have a day pass." I was pleased with the trade off at one of the top gyms in the country. What I didn't like, was being told I would have noticed something on their website. When did it become the guest's responsibility to stay on top of a hotel's website? I'm going to hall pass this and return when they've completed reno's. Stiff competition in Toronto.…
Me and family stayed there for 4 days last week. I had nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed help. our room was also very comfortable and clean. Nice area as well. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Toronto.
