Location was simply perfect for our first visit to Toronto. The hotel design was spectacular in every way (but honestly for the price I was expecting nothing less). What sets this hotel far apart from its competitors, locally and globally, is the service. From pulling up to the valet and from every moment beyond we were simply blown away by the attention to detail. Our pillow preference, the way we like the temperature set, the COOKIES, the fact that we have 3 last names in our family and they addressed us all properly (no easy fete), help with everything and anything, welcoming our brand new granddaughter with as much excitement as we had and on and on and on! The ONE restaurant also truly exceeded our expectations. We are extensive travelers and former food industry employees (a lifetime ago but the passion is still there) and frankly tend to not favor hotel restaurants. Even at the highest end they are usually necessary amenities and nothing ultimately exciting. You must ignore the price point (which is very high) and dive in. The menu is thoughtful and current without being trendy and is executed to perfection. We had 5 meals there in our 4 days and honestly couldn't even rate which was best. Special thanks to Angela and Alejandra who made us feel more like family, (very honored and treasured family, mind you) than simply hotel guests. From the moment I arrived everything thing was so easy!!! Valet parking, check-in and getting to my room. It was my birthday and a beautiful cake and bottle of wine was waiting for me. I contacted the Concierge (Maíra) for some live music recommendations and she came back with a great list and all the information I needed to get to the venues. A great hotel can be build but it is the service that brings the hotel to life and these guys nailed it.

We always have a wonderful time at The Hazelton Hotel and this time was no different! We checked in for the night for a Birthday celebration and had such a great time that we ended up extending our stay for another night as well! We live closeby to the hotel but really enjoy using it for staycations as we really believe the service is the best in Toronto! The staff are all so lovely and welcoming; they had a lovely Birthday amenity in our room when we checked in and best of all, I mentioned that I was excited to use the wonderful bathtub they have in the room- to my surprise, a beautiful luxury basket arrived with spa amenities- such a lovely surprise! We really enjoyed being greeted by Victoria at the front desk who really went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Stayed here recently for a weekend getaway with my husband. What we love the most besides the gorgeous hotel itself was the amazing staff ! Everyone is truly lovely . We enjoyed interacting with the doorman / front desk about the area , he was very knowledgeable it and gave us lots of suggestions. The rooms were gorgeous, One restaurant was excellent and best of all you’re right in the centre of beautiful Yorkville . We stayed there for my husbands birthday. Everything since checkin to checkout was perfect. The rooms are spacious and we had some welcome treats waiting for us in the room. Everyone at front desk and concierge were very helpful and always ready to help with a smile. We even had breakfast that was lovely too.About the room the Bathtub was so huge and relaxing and the beds were really comfy. If you are in Toronto make sure you visit this hotel because the service is impeccable and will leave an everlasting memory about your stay and Toronto.

We loved our stay at the Hazleton. Our room was gorgeous & the food is always amazing. But what I really enjoyed most was this hotels spa. I lucked out with a total gem of a tech named Delicia for my facial, mani & pedi. Beyond pleased with my complete spa experience & how my facial & nails turned out. At the spa, ask for Delicia if you can! She is exceptionally skilled & professional.

From the second we arrived, the Hazelton team was there! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the team was there with recommendations or just confirmation our plans were perfect. We had a wonderful getaway! From the minute you stop the car the staff are amazing! the valet who opened my car door and escorted us to the main reception desk where Angela was waiting to welcome us we were provided with water while we got our keys and escorted to our room. Dinner reservations were made for us at One and we grabbed our robes and headed down to the beautiful spa for an incredible couples massage. We loved the large tub in our room and the bed was so comfortable. Dinner and staff in the restaurant were fantastic. We will definitely be back!!!
