While the bulk of the reviews here are for the Baldwin Village inn, they do have a number of other properties close-by. My wife and I stayed two nights in early July at the Nest House on Sullivan Street. It's their newest property with three suites. No breakfast is offered here but all suites have in-suite bathrooms and access to... More

Great stay! Location is a dream and the place is unfussy, spotless and super comfy. Excellent value all around. Hosts are amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better 2-night stay in this beautiful city.

A great place to stay close to the Art Gallery of Ontario. We had the smallest room on the first floor, but it was comfortable, with an excellent bed and a nice choice of pillows. The shared bathrooms were clean. Breakfast offered many choices including eggs made to order by our host, Roger. He made a point of introducing all... More

I love staying at the Baldwin Village Inn. I stay there whenever I am in Toronto with my wife. It is my base away from home. I know that I will have a nutritious breakfast to start the day. I have met interesting people and engaged in lively conversation at every breakfast. In the evening it is a place to... More

Our room was on lower level, front room, big bay window, a little sparse, no hangers, towels, a bit old and the room doesn't get very dark but surprising it was quiet, from street point of view. Noisy from people walking on wood floors. Washroom was down hall, through kitchen, not very convient, and no bath mat. Breakfast, was nothing... More

Thank you Miss Patti, your comments are welcome and appreciated. I don't remember your stay but perhaps it was because we were away on holidays and had asked a friend of ours to watch the inn at that time. We promise to strive harder as nothing warms our hearts other than having guests who are happy with their stay with... More

My daughter and I needed a base for a few nights from which to see the sights on our first visit Toronto. This was the perfect place, both from the point of view of proximity to the city and all its attractions and the quality of the accommodation provided. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet too,... More

My elderly parents and I were called to Toronto on short notice to see my brother through the end stage of his illness. Our stay at the Baldwin Village Inn was a true gift during what was a difficult time. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone who is in town under similar circumstances, for location (proximal to the Toronto General... More

I have stayed here 3 or 4 times and will stay here again and again. It's not just that it is clean and has very comfortable beds -- it is all comfortable and friendly. Tess and Roger enjoy people as much as people enjoy them. Good breakfasts with great conversation. Thank you.

I needed accommodations at the last minute and I was able to grab the last room at the Baldwin Village Inn. Roger and Tess were there to greet me when I arrived and were very welcoming. I had a room on the top floor which I found warm even with the fan running. However, for the price the place was... More
