The room we stayed at was very spacious and nice with a balcony but ensure you request housekeeping! The staff was very accommodating especially Mo! He checked in on us and made sure things were going smoothly. But overall, might not return just based on the price!
Highly recommend this hotel! The room was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Mo - his service was exceptional! Something to keep in mind - you have to request cleaning services before hand if you would like your room cleaned during the day. Overall, I would come again.
Comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment on a high floor, with balcony, as advertised. I think the hotel building is also (primarily?) condos. Very small reception area: crowded when we arrived, as there was only one person at check-in. However the housekeeping manager, who was about to go home, saw what was happening and stepped in to lend a hand. Staff were helpful; valet parking was efficient, with no delays in getting our car. (Particular thanks to Jordan.) Only negative was that I’d asked, when I made the reservation, for a late check-out, as our flight on the day of check-out was in mid-afternoon. I didn’t receive a reply so asked again at check- in and was told that I’d have to ask in the morning. (I know, this isn’t uncommon.) So I rang in the morning and was told that I’d have to call back at 10. (Normal check-out is at 11.) In the end we were given until noon: this was appreciated, but the uncertainty was not. If you intend to use the balcony, it’s quite narrow.…
We stayed for 3 nights and everything was splendid. The staff is very nice and helpful, the location is very central and convenient and the amenities are very comfortable. The rooms are like little houses, very well equipped with kitchen, cutlery, washers and drier and everything you may need. I definitely recommend and would stay again when in Toronto.
I had occasion to stay at the Cosmopolitan again, after a long period of not travelling, for a business trip in recent weeks. I was there for five days, and some of my team also stayed there off and on during that time. As usual, the reservation process was seamless and the General Manager was very helpful in accommodating a special request upon booking. The staff is also extremely accommodating. Take a moment to get to know them - they are all kind and interesting folks who will do everything they can to help you. They are extremely professional and will match the energy you bring. The hotel is centrally located, very clean, well kept, very quiet (apart from the city noises no one can avoid) and having the amenities of a washer/dryer, stovetop, dishwasher, etc makes the trip even easier. The balconies made all the difference in the world, and helped us all feel less 'cooped' in. Despite the fact that I had innumerable zoom-type meetings, the wifi never failed me. The convenience of having a drop off table for UberEats. etc. orders in the lobby makes deliveries easy and safe. The beds are comfortable, and the shower water pressure is incredible. The staff at Wildfire (hotel restaurant) are very easygoing and accommodating and the food is great. I won't hesitate to stay there again - nor will I hesitate to recommend it to anyone.…
Last month I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this wonderful hotel. We arrived quite late because our drive was from Northern eastern Pennsylvania. We only stayed for the one night and had planned to spend the day in Toronto and then return home. Particularly the staff that had greeted us in the morning were absolutely wonderful. By far the best hotel staff I’d had the pleasure of meeting with. The staff very kindly allowed us to leave our bags with them and even watched our car for a few hours longer so we could have our day in Toronto. All the praise is deserved to these staff members!! ♥️ The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Our room was huge! The staff tried to give us a room with a view and they did not disappoint! I’ve included two panorama shots that I took from the balcony- one at night, one in the morning. It was amazing to watch the skyline that night as neither of us had ever been to Toronto before (I myself had come from England to the US). The room even included a laundry area! We had previously stayed at a Executive Hotel in New York City and was equally as impressed by the hotel quality and service. I would recommend this hotel infinitely - easily one of my best experiences at a hotel. Thank you for such a lovely introduction to Canada. We will absolutely be back to stay again. Amy & Israel :)…
We rented a room in the hotel for a long term stay of month and was extremely happy with aspects of the stay. The room was large, bright and well appointment with modern furnishings. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and always attentive. The hotel is in a superb location, very safe and close to all that downtown has to offer.
Very friendly and helpful staff, Naseem went out of his way to help us with parking. Rooms were very clean, staff in the restaurant were very attentive and service was excellent. All in all we would recomend this hotel, very conveniently located, walking distance to many attractions.
Excellent place to stay. I always stay here when I travel to Toronto. Staff are always pleasant and easy to deal with. Great location for restaurants and scotia bank arena and Rogers centre. Also for shopping walking distance to the Eaton centre
The Executive Cosmopolitan staff were lovely and very kind. The room was clean, and perfect for any type of getaway - whether you’re staying overnight, or for an extended period - they’re spacious, and have a kitchenette for those who are looking to avoid eating out for every meal. The hotel also has great amenities and it’s in a great location. Definitely recommended!
