A friend and I chose this hotel for a day trip to Toronto. We were pleased at the well kept interior and exterior of the hotel. The staff was great! The rooms were clean and quiet. The two bedroom suite was really nice... We had a full kitchen with stove, fridge, and coffee maker. There was a nice little fireplace... More

We used the Residence Inn for park and fly. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a slight mix up on the shuttle time to the airport in the morning, but we still arrived on time. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly. Upon returning to Toronto, I... Staff were really pleasant but during our stay we had a number of issues. The Kleenex was not replenished 3 of the days we were staying and as my husband had a miserable cold it was frustrating having to go to the desk to get more. On one occasion they told me that housekeeping would bring me more but they... More

The staff was really nice and helpful. The idea of offering a stocking of the fridge, although I didn't use it as my saty was short, is brilliant. Breakfast was great. Delicious variety, and I love that you had soya milk, plain (unsweetened) greek yogurt, and veggie ground available - healthy options that are not available in typically available! I... More

Great place. Rooms were perfect. So spacious and the full refrigerator and stove was perfect to make meals at. Right in the middle of everything! Very friendly! Would stay there again. Breakfest was perfect. Pool was very clean and whirlpool has a personal timer on it.

Hotel has been renovated and is a pleasant place to stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast offers fresh fruit and cheese along with standard food items. Several chain restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle to airport is convenient and it can be booked in advance - too bad the guy who checked me in didn't explain this.

We regularly stay at this hotel as it is close to the airport, reasonably priced and we enjoy the amenities including a good space with a fully equipped kitchen with a real fridge / freezer. We usually select the one bedroom units which come with a nice bed, bathroom, 2 TV's and a comfortable sitting room. The hotel has a... More

Went to Toronto on a quick over night business trip. Checked in late and there were no problems (had asked for a late check in). The room was very clean and spacious. It was a suite; therefore, a bedroom, kitchenette (fully equipped) and a small sitting lounge. This would have been a perfect place to stay if and when I... More

We had a Business Meeting in downtown Toronto the same week as the World Cup of Hockey. All of our typical hotels were either booked or wanted $800+/night (CAD) for a room. We decided to stay out by the airport and this Residence Inn came in at about $150/night (CAD). We took the train or UBER in for a reasonable... More
