Our stay at Yonge Suites was nothing short of exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our varying needs, offering unwavering support during a very difficult time. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The facilities were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and provided the space for comfort and relaxation. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and will not hesitate to recommend Yonge Suites to others in the future.

This place has the perfect location that anyone could ask for. Whatever the purpose of Travel- business or leisure, its location is spot on!
The minute you step outside the Hotel, there's the staircase leading to Queen station. If you wait outside, you can get a Taxi in a few seconds! If you walk 2 blocks, you can find trams and buses. Commute is a breeze when you're staying here!
Step outside and you have 'Eaton Centre' right opposite your doorstep. Its a pretty big mall with most of the big brands and also houses a massive food court! Name the cuisine and they have a restaurant serving it!
The Suite itself is perfect! Nice Home theatre system, 2 TVs, hi-speed Internet (very important for me), a dedicated telephone, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. What more could a bachelor ask for? :)
The staff is also very helpful and genuine! They'll try their best to help you out. Simon, Andreas..very genuine and warm. Made my stay very comfortable! I just extended my stay at YS by another month due to work, and haven' the slightest intention of moving out from here.
The surrounding area has so many Restaurants, Pubs, bars; you'll be spoilt for choices! You can explore the area at your own leisure, there's so many places to try!
It may not be the cheapest place to stay, but if you've got the money, heck why not! I'll surely be back here, whenever I need to visit toronto, as most of my customers have their office in downtown.

The suites are located at a great location; I would honestly be hard pressed to choose a better location. The place is clean, inviting, well decorated and the staff friendly and helpful. The photographs give an idea of the place although I would argue that they do not do the place justice.
It was wonderful to be able to have a "home away from home" to go back to after a long day. I would highly recommend Yonge Suites over a hotel stay, especially if you are travelling as a family.
For those visiting in winter, the Eaton Centre is across the street, with access to the subway and PATH systems; which means that you can spend your entire trip away from the harsh Toronto winters if you choose.
I would above all like to commend and thank Elisabeth Antonacci (Manager) for her extraordinary devotion to her guests. She quite simply went way beyond the call of duty; catering to every request, being patient with any issues and quite simply elevating our stay to one that is memorable as much for where we stayed as for Toronto itself.

Rita told me there are bed bugs and cockroaches in some of their bedrooms, It is kind of a very congested apartment building, a very congested lobby with extremely over-bright light fixtures. Good for students or travellers who like cheap places to rent, like drug dealers. Not a family place.

Response from Elisabeth Antonacci, General Manager at Yonge Suites Furnished Apartments
Responded Jun 25, 2024
We take the health and safety of our guests and associates very seriously. We have researched our records in detail and do not have you or your colleague as a guest of Yonge Suites. Further, we do not have record of any such issue or concern from any guest in our 14 years in business. Yonge Suites has never experienced either bed bugs or cockroaches in any space within its property, suites or otherwise. We are closely monitored under contract by a national pest control company, who can factually verify this on record. We feel that you may have reviewed the wrong hotel and would recommend you discuss your concerns directly with the correct property.

We've been staying for a month in Yonge Suites this January. I have to share my positive experience with this hotel apartments and personnel working there. First of all, you have an impression that they literally thought about everything! Starting from the bottle opener finishing with washing you toilet seat. The apartments are furnished in modern style with all the necessary electronic equipment. Among the other useful things in the suite are: Dish-washer and washing machine, Big flat-screen TVs in both living and sleeping rooms, Cable TV, Free phone card to make international calls, Wifi dedicated to one apartment only, one doesn't need to reconnect every few days as it happens in most of the hotels, Computer screen to connect your computer, Automatically closing blinds and so on. The apartments are quite spacey. There is as well cosy business lounge and small but efficient gym. The last but not least, I want to mention the great team working there and trying to satisfy all your needs. Thanks to their continuous efforts, we really felt there "at home". A big like to this place and definitely recommended.

This is a great location, Queen subway is basically right outside the door, and just a block away to Yonge Dundas Square. The desk clerks are very helpful, and the room is kept very clean. I would recommend staying in this place and I would come back here.

I stayed at the Yonge Suites during August 2013. I was having a small reunion with family and we needed a central location to reacuaint ourselves with Toronto. We could not have chosen a better location!
Yonge Suites is across the road from the Eaton Centre - which allowed shopping at will, and a great restaurant across the road; and minutes from Eaton Square where there were the usual Toronto multicultural activities every evening. During our stay there was also a street fair that was wonderful to be in the midst of.
The staff are pleasant, accommodating and respect privacy
The accommodation as as seen in the photos - Penthouse E - and Elizabeth Antonucci gave us a free upgrade once she understood why we were there and pur space needs - excellent customer service
With the daily cleaning, fully fitted kitchen and wahser and dryer - it made our stay feel like a home away from home
Many thanks to Elizabeth and ALL THE STAFF! Well done!

I can’t rave enough about this place. There are so many positive things and the not so positive ones are very minor. It’s a very safe place. You have to have a key to enter from the street and another key to enter once you’re in the vestibule, and you need to have a key to operate the elevator.
If somebody has stepped away from the front desk, there is a phone number to call. Take a picture in case you need it when you’re out and about and maybe your key stops working.
The man checking in was quite personable, as was everyone that I encountered.
The apartment itself is modern and clean, very clean. I was a little disappointed although I do understand that there were not some basic seasonings or oils, as one might find in a home rental venue. But the kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of utensils, pots, pans, a microwave, a small dishwasher, even a blender. There is a coffee machine and they provide coffee and cream.
They provide one use detergent and two dryer sheets. The washing machine and dryer were easy to figure out.
Other than the staff, the next best thing I found was the user-friendly, the small touches of things they provided. Things like bathroom scales, and there’s limited space in the bathroom so there was a standing shelf. In the closet, there is a standing fan in case you need extra air. The elevators are always on the first floor when you arrive.
There is Netflix, Cineplex, Google play, a landline telephone, DVD player, music.
I love the Japanese toilet with the remote control that gives you different options! I also love how lights come on by motion sensor and you can turn them off on your own or on depending on what you’re in the mood for.
The location is good, if you turn right when you exit the hotel and walk three minutes then you reach an area of tremendous number of shops and restaurants, maybe some bars, this is where you pick up the city sightseeing bus ,etc. There is a Circle K next door and a subway entrance in front.
I had two issues while staying here, one I laugh at now. The first was when I arrived it was warm in the room and I wanted to turn on the air-conditioner but they had turned it off because it’s cold outside. They brought up an extra fan so I would have one in the Living Room and one in the bedroom. I quickly realised I didn’t need it!
The second issue was 100% beyond their control, but they took it on as if it were their own, texting frequently to be sure that I was satisfied.
I really cannot recommend this place highly enough! The only negative thing, and there’s nothing they can do about it is the set up for the shower. There are two full baths. One has a shower that is the size of a two top table. Very very small which would not be a problem except they have only a rain head shower so unless you want to get your hair wet you have to turn the water off and even then you’re gonna get your hair wet
Alternatively, the other bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The problem with that is the sliding glass door opens from the right side and the faucet is on the left side. So it’s impossible to reach to get the hot water going from being out of the tub area.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
