We got off to a rocky start at the Stay Inn. We arrived after a long and wearying day of travel at 1:35 pm and were curtly told check in was at 3 pm. Really? Then we discovered that our "non-smoking" room reeked of the acrid smell of tobacco smoke. But it got better after that. Management quickly moved us...

Hi Dale, wish all is well with you. Check-in time is 3pm however, if rooms are available prior, we always make sure to accommodate the guest(s). Our location consists of both smoking and non-smoking guestrooms. Though, only a very limited amount of smoking rooms. Majority of our room inventory is non-smoking. Glad to hear that you were quickly accommodated in...

The hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport by car and is situated very well for all of the roads in and out of Toronto. The check in process was quick and easy and the rooms were large and clean. The bathrooms were serviceable and bright. In the bathroom there is a small hairdryer, but if you have hair...

Everything was amazing - clean rooms, amazingly affordable price, great continental breakfast, nice staff, great bathrooms, comfy beds... I can't complain about anything, to be honest! Well, maybe I could - the location wasn't as ideal as I wanted it to be (it's about 15-30 minutes from downtown Toronto). But, regardless, it IS in a very nice and quiet location...

Nice and clean hotel. Good price. Not too far from downtown. Near some of the main roads to get there. Breakfast was typical - waffle maker, cereal, bagels, coffee. Not much seating, though. Would definitely stay again.

Booked this hotel based on the good reviews and what everyone else has said has been completely true. This hotel does have its minor problems (the fridge had been defrosted in our room when we arrived and had therefore leaked into the cupboard, and we had no towels) but the staff on the front desk were extremely apologetic and assured...

This hotel provided a place to be able to park our car and get easy access to public transportation to downtown Toronto. The room was booked thru Expedia, and when we arrived it was easy to upgrade from 1 bed to 2 (only $10 more). Room was clean, beds were good, shower and wifi were fine. Breakfast was good, better...

This is a great little motel. It is very clean, tidy, up-to-date, and secure. The staff is helpful, the internet is good for what you need to work on, and the other amenities are just what you need. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings as well. If you're in the area for business, touring, or a special event,...

Basic hotel I'm a good location. Food at breakfast was ok, but the same every day. Rollaway bed was awful. It actually rolled, so my daughter wound up sleeping on the couch instead a day us the rollaway for her feet. What makes this place is the staff. Pablo couldn't have been nicer, and everyone else went out of their...

Dear David, thank you for the feedback. Will definately share this with our team, especially Pablo. Sorry to hear about the rollaway bed. Rollaway beds unfortunately, are not always the most comfortable. Typcially we rarely issue these beds, unless guest requires extra bed and those rooms types are not available at the time. Next time, any issues like this, call...

If you're looking for a nice hotel to hang out while in the East part of Toronto, I'd recommend this one. The rooms are comfortable, clean, bright, and up-to-date. Hi Karen, thank you for choosing Stay Inn Toronto. Appreciate the feedback. Will for sure take this back to our team. Do apologize for the slow WIFI. Not sure if you had but, if WIFI issues ever occur at any hotel you stay, let the front desk know right away. Most cases, this can be cured. Thank You again....

My wife and I recently spent one night at the Stay Inn for a wedding event and here's what we took away from our experience: Lobby/first impression - Very friendly, warm atmosphere.
