Our one minor mishap is that we requested two queen beds and they were out. But they upgraded us to make up for their mistake. Food was good, staff was attentive. Breakfast was fresh and we had a few choices. Lots of parking. We had an enjoyable stay.

Is the parking lot secured and monitored? Need a park and fly kind of stay is this possible? Thank you for your consideration
In other responses to similar questions they’ve stated they have a small lot so they recommend parking in a different lot (you’ll have to look where) and then using their shuttle to airport if you wish to stay there.

Is this hotel near downtown Toronto and/or tourist attractions> Does my client need a rental car to get around?
You can catch transit. about a 15-20 drive to downtown destinations. Definitely need a rental car if you prefer to avoid the transit system.
