Before I continue about the hotel I have to mention that the shuttle bus isn’t safe. I was shocked to see the sliding door of the van tied with a rope to stay closed - it opened on us while we were being driven to/from the hotel. This is a safety matter that should be taken care of immediately. If the vehicle crashed you wouldn’t be able to get out either doors unless someone untied the rope - which is what they have to do to let you in or out.
The breakfast room was a nice surprise as it had real dishes and cutlery, as well as a good variety of hot and cold choices. The breakfast area is at the end of a hall away from the lobby. I would stay here again. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. My only issue is with the shuttle bus. It could get reported to the MTO if it doesn’t get fixed. I don’t know if they are in the process of getting repaired.

A very pleasant one night stay at this airport hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet - just what we needed after a long haul 15 hour flight from Hong Kong. The lady who drove the shuttle that picked us up from the airport was absolutely lovely - so sorry we didn’t get her name. Very nice and most helpful receptionist checked us in. A more than adequate breakfast served in the morning. Simple but everything you needed to start the day. Delightful young lady Jashndeep kept on top of clearing tables very efficiently. Thank you to all who made our one night stay such a successful one.

We needed a pre-flight stay and this fit the bill. The price was terrific ($100 total). It was generally quiet, although we could hear doors shutting and walking above us. We could also hear occasional vehicles outside, but our white noise machine hid most of that. The parking lot was well lit.
The room was clean and the king bed was comfy with two types of pillows. There was a clean microwave and larger than normal mini-fridge. Water pressure was good. Heat lamp in bathroom. The lighting in the room was quite good - from soft and minimal, to bright throughout. There was also an arm chair with footstool.
Breakfast was typical, but did include cubed potatoes which were quite tasty. Other items included fruit, yogurt, breads, cereals, and waffles. Food is served from 6:30 am onward. Prior to that, there is apparently a grab-and-go breakfast.
Checkin and checkout staff were courteous and efficient.
It was ten minutes drive to the airport. There is an hourly shuttle that you have to sign up for, and it does not run 24 hours. We did not use it.

Booking online we got a great deal and when we called to verify the offer, the hotel staff told us to go ahead and book online and they would add our parking package. Several days later the hotel called and said nope we had the wrong price and they would not offer it to us. After indicating that their staff told us to go ahead and book this online, we did not hear from them until days later when they automatically changed our room prices, and our credit card was charged for a different amount. Upon contacting best Western Canada, office changes have been made.
When we arrived at the hotel, our package was not added and we had to wait for over half an hour for the staff that made the booking to return. Thankfully, he was working that day or we would not have got a room.
Elevator was broken in Hotel upon arriving, and luckily my elderly mother was given a main floor room however, nine days later when the elevator was still broken, my mother was forced to walk up two flights of stairs to the second floor with her walker and luggage.
The shuttle van to the airport was held together with a bungee cord. The staff did not assist in loading or unloading the van you were expected to do it yourself, and there was no stool to help my mother get in or out.
The staff was absolutely uncooperative And unpleasant to deal with, and the manager is even worse and hangs up on you on the phone.
Continental breakfast was included without any gluten-free or dairy free options Unlike other best westerns that we have stayed at this was the worst!
Our room was subpar, seems dated and bathroom could have been scrubbed better but was okay.
I do not recommend this hotel will never be staying here again!

This Best Western is a very good value, especially considering the shuttle service to and from Pearson Airport and the buffet breakfast are included. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. It was easy to book online. I would stay here again.

It is beyond my comprehension that an Airport Hotel does not have proper snow removal in place so guests can make their flights. The reason the hotel was at 100% capacity was because of a winter storm. When I got up in the morning my car was buried in snow. No problem, you clear if off. However the parking lot was not plowed. I asked the receptionist if they had a snow removal service coming and he said they would show up eventually but he had no time, nor a phone number to call anyone. Apparently the manager was overseas and unreachable. The only reason people stay at this hotel is that they can get to the airport in time, especially in in inclement weather. What's the point if you are stranded in the hotel??? Even the shuttle was stuck. Eventually a few guests picked up a shovel and cleared the driveway enough for me and the shuttle to get out. I repeat, the guests had to shovel? What is someone got hurt? The is some sort of liability here. Or another lady said, what if there was an emergency? If you offer an airport shuttle service at 0500, should you not try to plow the parking lot in time? The streets were plowed, the airport was plowed? Or invest in a snow blower, have a maintenance guy do it...The hotel was ok, the food was good but if it calls for snow....don't stay here.

Had a wonderful stay, all of the staff (reception, housekeeping, waiter, other staff) are very helpful.
The bed in the room we stayed in was very comfortable, they offer great discounts if you stayed there for 2 nights & a lot of different promos to choose from based on your preference.
Room is very spacious.
They also offered early check-ins and late checkout option, with a very minimal rates compared to other hotels.
Shuttle service to and from the airport is every hour which is great.
They also offered a wide variety for breakfast (included on your stay!), they have coffees, teas, juices, hot foods (different every day!), waffles, yogurts, different kinds of bread, etc.
Hotel is very near to the airport so it's very convenient, I was able to catch my meetings after we have arrived in Toronto because of the location of the hotel and it's shuttle service!

A group of travellers waited 70 minutes in the evening for the hotel shuttle bus from the airport that the hotel said ran every 40 minutes. We found the driver and the staff at Reception rather grumpy. The hotel seems old and tired and our room had a dirty shower.
The redeeming feature was the helpful day staff who took care of something I had left in the fridge until I could come back for it. Also there is a useful Subway across the road.

Arrived half hour early and was able to check in with no problem. Front desk person was cordial and efficient. They are doing some slight parking lot construction renovations but it didn't affect our stay in any way. The hotel is located about half hour outside of all the main Toronto touristy things a traveler may want to visit such as CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, St Lawrence Market. Our room was on the third floor and we had no issues. It seemed very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the AC worked great. Bathroom has a full tub and the water pressure was great compared to some hotels I have stayed at. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not go to it. Overall I would say it is a slightly above average hotel stay and the pricing compared to other Toronto hotels is much more affordable.

Room was brutally hot. Temp was 74 upon arrival and rose during the time we were there. It was December and below freezing outside. We called the desk and they sent someone to look at it. He confirmed A/C didn't work but nothing he could do. I asked him to report this to the front desk, he did not. We called the desk later to find out what could be done and they knew nothing about the issue. They would check and call back. They didn't. We called 20 minutes later and got a new person who knew nothing about the issue. They had one room left we could more to but the A/C also did not work. We just lay there sweating till we had to leave on 530 am shuttle. Upon checkout I asked the desk to have someone call me to discuss this, I didn't feel I should pay full price for a room that was not advertised. Desk wrote a note for the manager to call. They didn't. The place is falling apart and nothing is being done. Customers with legitimate concerns cannot even get a response. Apparently no one cares at this location. I do not recommend this hotel.

I had a fridge yes but the staff were not helpful on my shuttle fail and they could care less on it! I tried and just brushed off!

You can look online for the room prices as they vary by date and whether you are a member of CARP (or AARP) or some other group that gets a discount. Just start making a reservation on a travel website or the Best Western website to see. Be aware if the taxes are included upfront. Just don't put in your credit card information until you are ready to make the actual reservation. Parking is free while you are at the hotel. If you need long-term parking as well, in-between stays, you will have to phone the hotel itself for that quote.
No charge. It is a crib for 0-5year old.
Yes. We were away for 14 days and stayed at this motel both leaving and returning, which may have made a difference. Best to speak with them to be sure.
