Hotel was fine, the restaurant though was terrible, first of all 73$ for an order of wings, a salad bowl and taters, then on top of that, we waited 1 hour for it and after they got our order wrong for the second time, we decided to ask them to cancel it and give us our money back, the guy at the restaurant said that he could not give us a refund and went to talk to the people at the hotel front desk and they wouldn’t do much about it either.

We found this to be a Great overnight place near the airport. We also appreciated the shuttle to the airport for our flight the next day. Very clean and modern and some eating places within walking distance.

Courtyard properties never disappoint. I've stayed at properties in many areas around the world and they always are clean, professional and accommodating. This location was extremely clean and modern, with excellent front desk and bar/lounge attendants. Thank you for being so awesome and I look forward to coming back soon!!!

Had the pleasure to stay at this hotel while on stop over while travelling from BC to Dominican Republic on two occasions. Rooms were well appointed, staff helpful, airport shuttle on time and was a short ride. Will definitely stay at this place again. Five star hotel, much less expensive than what you would pay in Vancouver.

Only there one night for business, however the stay was good and the room was clean. The customer service was professional as well. Airport shuttle was timely. Only down side is it is noisy in the room from the highway. Get as high of a floor as possible.

Good sleep near airport. Great bed. Clean room. Restaurant/bar in lobby was good and friendly service. Had a tasty quesadilla. Very accommodating to let us check in early. Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes and only 5 minutes to get there.

My family booked two rooms for August 5, 2022. We flew into the Toronto Pearson airport at midnight and the hotel shuttle is suppose to run till 2am. After we exited and waited at the designated area for the hotel shuttle, we saw a lot of OTHER hotel shuttles go by but just not Courtyard Marriott’s. My husband called and the hotel person said it should be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed by and no sight of it. I called and was told it should be there any minute. Our family of 5 with 2 young kids waited some more. I called again in 10 minutes after, still waiting at the curb for the shuttle. I asked to speak with the night manager and she had a very bad attitude. I think her name was Helen. At one point, she was raising her voice at me and yelling “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO??!!” I know the shuttle is contracted out but it is a reflection of the hotel. And based on her reaction she should not be in the hospitality industry! What a way to welcome your guests. Eventually the shuttle came at 1:45am. My kids were tired and ready to just collapse. When we arrived to the hotel, the night manager’s attitude was still nasty. She admitted they had issues with the shuttle service the last few nights. Well, if it’s been an ongoing thing then why don’t they address it with the shuttle company or change to another shuttle company instead of yelling at the customer. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you need to use their shuttle to/from the airport, unless you want to be waiting around for a long time and listen to a manager yell at you.…

We were able to book our stay with very short notice (there was an error in our flight booking). They offer great shuttle service that can conveniently take you to and from the airport which is only about 5 minutes away. The room was clean and ready for our arrival.

I just needed to a place to stay near the airport after a long day of flying. Booked this hotel with my Marriott points. Good value. The shuttles run every 30 minutes. You don't have to call them if you arrive at normal hours. Just wait by the post 41 outside of the Only a couple of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Nothing else. The room is really clean. The shower is good. The bed is pretty comfortable. The shuttles are on time. The choices are the small marketplace are very limited. Wish they could have more food options. I'm a Marriott Gold member. No breakfast. I was given a bottle of water. The front desk staff was very friendly though. I may stay at this hotel next time if I just want an easy stay near the airport.

I selected this airport hotel for a combination of airport-proximity, price and previous ratings. Shuttle seemed to reliably come through the airport on a schedule, and the journey to hotel is a few minutes. Room was decently quiet, about the right size, and everything worked. I didn't get to try many of the other facilities.
