Stayed here for one night, the room was amazing, modern, chic and soooo comfortable! People are very nice and helpful. The swimming pool on the 31st floor is lovely and really worth it. I recommend with no doubt.

My Frenchman and I just completed a stay at the St Regis Toronto. We booked a suite and were not offered an upgrade at check in despite me being a titanium elite member. Honestly, that was fine as the room was large and didn’t factor in the poor rating of this review. The room was dated with peeling paint and chipped surfaces. The housekeeping service was erratic and inconsistent with the turndown service being poor our first night and completely the opposite our last night. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant on the 31st floor all 3 days. The service was good but the food was boringly mediocre and expensive. We both agreed that the menu was confusing and not descriptive enough. For example, the avocado toast was not the typical avocado toast with fresh slices of avocado. Instead it was a thin layer of guacamole smeared onto the bread and then covered with egg and salmon. Today I ordered the açaí bowl. Except that it wasn’t a proper açaí bowl but more of a yogurt bowl with some açaí powder blended in. When I inquired as to why it didn’t look like a typical açaí bowl they explained that coconut yogurt was blended in. Except that when I looked at the menu again there was no mention of coconut yogurt or even yogurt in the item description. Instead it said açaí, coconut, granola, etc. if I had wanted a yogurt bowl I would have ordered one. We honestly wished we had eaten elsewhere and would have except we were looking for a convenient place to breakfast. The lack of attentiveness was striking. Last night I asked (in person) at the front desk for a late check out and it was granted. Yet the employee neglected to update my electronic room key which resulted in us being locked out of our room this afternoon prompting a trip down to the reception. A minor inconvenience yet nevertheless given the expensive price of our room we just expected more detailed service. I almost never write negative reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Ultimately our stay was completely mediocre and I would recommend that you stay elsewhere especially if you want to feel that your money is well spent.

My family of 5 stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite. It was absolutely beautiful!!!!! The beds were comfy, showers had great water pressure and the room was enormous....basically a 2 bedroom apartment! The rooftop pool and workout room were great, although did get a bit crowded since hotel guests and residences use the same facilities. Great location to explore downtown area. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again without hesitation!

I accompanied my husband on a work trip to Toronto after he booked this hotel. It is very centrally located and we got the opportunity to see a lot of the city. A room was ready for us even though our flight got in early, which was much appreciated (although it was double beds). Service was ok for this caliber of hotel. It may be that the residences, which are also part of the building, took up the attention of staff. The building is beautiful and we spent time in the pool and gym which offered great views. The restaurant was also very nice. I would stay here again.

Service was lacking. Wasn't sure if the suite came with Butler service, wasn't informed about it or noticed it during stay. Our room was not ready at the check-in time. We were told to come back in an hour. When we came back the front desk agent didn't recognize us and had to call to see if room was ready. An offer to call when room is ready would have been nice, or offer to use pool or have a drink, especially with a tired toddler.
