I had a short stay at this hotel and it was flawless, from the location which is perfect for central Toronto, to the lobby, the room and breakfast. Will stay here again next time. The room in particular was excellent, very fresh and crisp.
This hotel is in a nice central location in Toronto. The photos make this hotel appear to be larger than it is. The hotel itself is only on the first 20 floors, so the lake view we paid extra for was not as good as...More

My 10yr old son and I had a great time. This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The club lounge was awesome. We will definitely be back. Can't wait to go back to Toronto.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton for 2 nights and thought that the rooms, breakfast and service were all excellent. We had Club access, lake view rooms. The Lake is somewhat in the distance so I wouldn't pay extra for that but the Club access...More
Everything about this hotel is first class. Beautifully appointed public areas, large comfortable rooms. Top class, helpful customer-centric staff, from the bell men through to the cleaning staff. A special thanks to Lindsey at the concierge desk who managed to get us great seats for...More
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
