Hotel was under construction but it was reasonably priced for a park and fly hotel. Also included a nice continental breakfast. Lady who works in the breakfast room was so very pleasant. Rooms were large and clean. Will return. Always the go to place for park and fly

Decent hotel for the price but undergoing a major renovation. Breakfast was strictly continental. Comfy bed, lots of pillows. Nice that it had a free shuttle to airport. Within walking distance of Woodbine Mall and Racetrack.

The website suggests parking is free but after I got home, I found a separate $20 charge added to my Visa in addition to the charge for the room. At no time was I told there was a fee for parking. I think this is an unfair practise and feel my $20 should be returned to me.

This should be shown as a refund within 4 to 5 business days after you check out if it hasn't gone back then please call us between Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and ask for a manager so that they can look into it. You get what you pay for. Cheap price, need to take a cab to restaurants. Lots of renovations. Stayed for one night before flying south the next morning. Check in was good. Non smoking floor but strong smell of weed and reported to front desk. Shuttle bus to airport.

The service is very poor and the receptionist charged me twice in my two different credit cards and I didn't get my refund! here was no reason for this double charge and they were just charging me with NO EXPLANATION!!! During the check out I realized about it and have to struggle for the refund! So shame!!! I am trying to reach Ms. Savitri Bhajan and no answer at all. I want my extra (wrong charge), you guys did, back!

This hotel has too many renovations happening. The lobby is quite dirty and the washroom downstairs look like not attended by cleaners. We checked in and sent to a room not cleaned with bedding laying on the floor. The only good comment is the shuttle driver was very professional and helpful. Did not get his name but he was young and on duty the 17th at 2100 hrs.

First of all I waited 45mins for the shuttle from the airport which is an 8min drive away. The front desk told me that it would be there in under 20mins. After calling back and waiting in the cold for 30mins I was told they would see where he was and call me back. Ten mins later I called back and was told he would be there soon and the delay was he was stuck in traffic. When i disputed traffic delays he then told me that he was stuck at terminal 3. I spoke with the shuttle driver who made no effort to open the trunk. He told me that he was not stuck in traffic and that he had taken someone from terminal 3 and come to the hotel and then had driven to the airport and then back for me. ( must have had a tea break inbetween) he then told me it was a 30min service so I hadn't waited 45mins only 15. I was done arguing so I told him it was terrible customer service and to please drop it. We arrived at the hotel and again I had to grab my own luggage. He then stood waiting and expecting a tip. On arrival at the hotel I was shocked to see the restaurant is closed due to major refurbishment and that the lifts were out of order. This was not reached out to me at all. I was made to walk up ten flights of stairs with my suitcases. I asked the man at the desk if he was the one I spoke to regarding the shuttle he said yes. When I asked him about the lies he started claiming that was someone else who I spoke to who has left and when I told him what the shuttle driver said he stood there like a deer caught in headlights. I booked a shuttle for tomorrow morning and he told me that I better not be late and that it left prompt on time! I was shocked by this after my arrival expiernce and he went on to tell me he was serious. I have been loyal to comfort brand for some time but this place is not for for purpose with it's current building site conditions and lying staff. Also there are no amenities within walking distance for a 11pm arrival so forced to eat from a dirty vending machine. The renovated room was at least nice and clean. However if the comfort brand choice hotels think this is acceptable to provide this type of service they have lost my loyalty and custom for good. …

Hotel going under some major renovations, but for a one night stopover at Pearson it was just fine! Free shuttle, was fairly quick both ways to and from airport! Check in was super efficient. Room was more than comfortable. Had both a small fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast ok, but couldn’t expect more for the price. Woodbine mall an easy 10 minute walk. Liquor store and grocery store across the street from the mall. Would definitely return.

i usually don't give out bad reviews, though i wouldn't say it was bad. but i stayed in this hotel for one night. my flight got delayed and i arrived the hotel around 1:30 am. the room was 1010, i was thinking to have a hot shower before heading to bed, but the water wasn't hot. lukewarm at the best. i tried the faucet as well, but no hot water, same goes to the shower. it was a little disappointing and i was so tired and didn't want to call the front desk. i hope to stay there next time and maybe i will give a better review.

Although we were informed that certain amenities such as the pool and restaurant would not be available when we booked, we were not prepared for the extent of the renovations and unavailable facilities! This hotel should be currently not accepting bookings due to the major nature of the construction. Even the continental breakfast was affected due to the absence of refridgeration in the current room they are using. Plastic drapes and drywall are everywhere on the main floor, lobby and halls. Unfortunately, this hotel has not chosen to pro-rate the nightly rate for its guests and we ended up paying the regular rate in spite of the inconvenience and lack of normal facilities. We will not be staying at this hotel again!
