Booked this a park and stay hotel . I checked and was told that this hotel had been used as Syrian Refugee housing , but that as of May , the hotel was back to normal hotel function . So not the case !!! Arrived in lobby to refugees just hanging out in lobby and at the doorways . Young... More

After finally arriving in Toronto all we wanted was to get a little sleep before we had to head to the airport for an international flight. The room had holes in the wall. The faucet handles just spun and spun without a drop of water. there were holes in the shower curtain, wallpaper peeling, the TV was half broken. It... More

Upon arriving at the hotel, we noticed children running up and down the hallways, walls were scribbled on, garbage everywhere and groups of people hanging out. Next we were told that the hotel was being used for Syrian Refugees, which we have no problem with. However the lack of cleanliness and lack of calm and quiet, there is no excuse... More

Booked room for one night with one week parking flying out of Toronto's Pearson Airport. The hotel is a total disgrace. Dirty, in dire need of maintenance with paper thin walls. Although it is located in a sketchy part of Toronto there is absolutely no security for the cars. They are left in a parking lot with no cameras, no... More

Stayed at this hotel last week....checked in at 5am after a long flight. To begin with....the place is a dump!!!.....the front lobby looks ok upon arrival but beyond that...it's a different story....filthy carpets...graffiti on the walls....garbage all over the place and overflowing garbage barrels in the hallway.....wallpaper peeling off walls...room was dingy ....not enough lighting....and they had the nerve to... We stayed here before our tavel south to get the parking deal. However, we were never informed the hotel was full of refugees as well until we arrived to check in. The desk clerk apologized for the commotion and clutter claiming they would be doing significant renovations soon? After checking in we tried to take the elevator to our back... More

Stay was just terrible.Upon my arrival they hadn't yet received my booking reference from the third party website i used to book. Not a big deal usually for most hotels. Well this hotel made it a big deal. Made me wait 2hrs before they would give me a room without paying full price for one. I said go ahead and... More

Chose this place to get free parking for two weeks. They picked us up and dropped us off, the whole staff was super courteous despite the hotel being full of young Syrian families newly arrived and waiting for placement! Extremely reasonable, clean, just full of kids.
