We booked on line, thought the price was good for a 1 night stay and leave the car for 9 days, they said the hotel was under renovations , sure hope they do a lot of renovations, because the rooms are very outdated, the outside of the Hotel wasn't lite up much, The shuttle goes once an hour and that...

We used this hotel for their stay and park service while we were on a week vacation. We stayed one night, parked for a week, and used their airport shuttle, all for a very reasonable price. Had a great sleep and felt safe and secure in the hotel and parking lot.

Booked through park and fly website. Picture advertised not even close to what it looks like. Very sketchy looking area and people in and around the hotel made me very uncomfortable. Parking is very limited if you have anything bigger than a smart car. Husband checked in and when he came out we decided it wasn't worth it especially with...

I recently booked this hotel as I have in past years like 4 or 5 times,, parking was free and shuttle was free only in the past. After booking I noticed in the fine print that airport shuttle cost $20 per person each way to and from airport. Thats $80 extra and no chance of waiving it. So I spent...

Used this hotel only for one night for park and fly for our vacation. Hotel was dated and in dire need of repair. Upon arrival we called for our shuttle and was informed 10 min wait. 30 mins later, no shuttle and called again. They told me they'd send someone right away, more lies another 40 min wait with our...

A couple of friends of ours chose this hotel because of the price to park their car for the week (we didn't drive). I'm glad we only spent one night here. First, we arrived and checked in. I asked about the shuttle, and the receptionist at the front desk told me you were supposed to mention that you would be...

This hotel is the worse hotel in Toronto would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming in from the outside or staying -guns and escorts run down if you want a piece of mind I would find a better place to stay .the harassment on clients and uncustomer service will leave you with an unhealthy stay and a bitter taste...

To judge a book by it's cover, the common areas are in need of a refresh. The room we had was very well appointed, large and comfortably furnishsed. It was a very nice room for the price, which also included 2 weeks parking and airport shuttle service. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Will use again in the future.

Used the stay and park booking on way to Mexico. Room was 2 star maybe. Refuges stay in this hotel. I pity them. The place must survive on government cheques. So-called restaurant- a dump with empty beer cases and pizza boxes taking much of the room. When I got back to Pearson, I phoned the hotel, from a dedicated phone...

Myself and 4 others stayed in 2 rooms using 'park, stay and fly' on February 2nd. We had planned a vacation to Cuba, flying out of Toronto at 7 a.m., and wanted to be close to the airport in case of a snowstorm. The room price was reasonable, and l did check Trip Advisor, noting good and bad reviews. Since...
