We stayed here for two night's, when we arrived at hotel we payed for everything upfront, including the security deposit! Each night at approx 4:15/30 a random value of money was taken from our account! Totalling to almost CAD300 taken from our account on top of room charges and deposit! Which couldn't be returned for a few business days!

Where do I start? First the heat didn't work in the room, then we noticed that most of the light bulbs were burned out making the room very dark. Asked the front desk to have maintenance check and replace bulbs and the desk guy got very defensive that I asked. We had a coffee maker but no pot, we had...

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We needed extra towels when I called for them after about a hour I had to call again . I was there with my daughter and 2 grandkids to do some shopping and do a three day mini vacation for March break. We asked at the front desk several times about transportation taxi...

Stayed a week here to use as a base while we visited family around Toronto. The room was more spacious than most hotels I've stayed at, although there were a few signs of wear and tear. The staff quickly sorted out the non working fridge and overall we found the facilities OK. As we only wanted to use the hotel...

We were greeted by the clerk at the front desk expecting to have great service. I was on 2 free nights with our Wyndham Rewards points - I travel extensively and earned this. I only stay at these hotels across the province. The clerk asked for a credit card for the 25$ security deposit.. the credit card we had would...

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
