East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.

Close to transit and downtown. Quiet and clean. Helpful desk staff. Good and fresh variety for breakfast. Parking a little cramped. When we return to Toronto we will NOT stay anywhere else. We had a great experience.

This hotel has a very odd parking lot which narrows as you proceed from Queen Street East to the back of the lot. If you have a larger vehicle, you need to arrive early to secure a space near the front of the lot. The rooms are average and small. The number of channels available

The staff went above and beyond with their professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness and were very welcoming. The room was clean and fresh, the bed was SO comfortable and it was nice to have the little extras like a table with two chairs, mini fridge, coffee/tea area and of course

Fairly expensive at $200/night, a bit dated, but a good room in a great locaton. Breakfast bar is ok, limited selection. Very limited parking. Shopping mall and cinemas very close.

Good parks and walking paths in the area. Close to some good restaurants like Julio’s Bistro.

It's a basic motel.
Good enough.
The housekeepers are banging and crashing at 7 am.

No sound proofing at all.

Breakfast was bread and 1 hard boiled egg in the fridge with zero options.

I'd your planning on being up at 6 and not hungry it's . Ok...

How far away is the st. Mikes Hospital and do you accept pets a small dog
We will be visiting Toronto for the first time and have no idea what area to stay in. Is the Days Inn easily accessible to downtown or other typical tourist attractions? Also how far is it to the waterfront. Thanks
It is not in downtown Toronto, but a more suburban area. You will need to take a 20 min streetcar to downtown. You are close to The Beaches neighbourhood which is on the waterfront.
