Standard mid-level hotel. Beds are over firm, good quality linens and the room was clean. Excellent wi-fi connectivity and first-rate complementary buffet breakfast. Parking charge of $13.50 a bit surprising for a suburban hotel that isn't in the downtown core.

Booked here for an overnight stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the on site DV bar I bistro. We chose a table close to the fireplace. The food was very good and the atmosphere was relaxing and everyone was friendly and helpful.

We needed a quick place to stay while in Toronto visiting family and sightseeing. This hotel is older but super easy to find, decorated nicely and clean, lovely rooms. Perfect for what we needed. The front desk was helpful. Crystal was friendly and check in was a snap!

There was alot going on in the city the weekend I went. The basketball all star game, Valentines weekend amd the Auto show. Despite all that the hotel was clean and bright. Heated bathroom floors were a definite plus :). The only complaint my partner and I had was that we could hear the heater going off and on all...

Simple décor but well done & appealing. Meal was outstanding-Sylvia, my waitress charming, described the special menu, & was attentive to my needs. The perfect waitress! I was exhausted after a long day of travel & business, & dining alone but by the end of dinner I was relaxed & refreshed. Thank you Sylvia

I've stayed here for occasional trips into Toronto on business, usually quick overnights. I recently spent 4 days on business, during cold winter weather. At the desk, Sheena was warm and welcoming. Later, I met "Chef Donald" and decided to enjoy a relaxing dinner by the fire in the dining room adjacent to the bar. A great meal prepared by...

Pros: good rates, conveniently located close to the DVP, lots of parking, clean rooms, good TVs, comfortable beds, balconies, convenience store located in lobby, reminds me of Twin Peaks or the X-Files or something. Adjoining rooms available. Cons: The hotel decor is cheap and dated, and it often smells of cigarettes. The sliding balcony/terrace doors don't always close all the...

The desk staff were young, inexperienced and usually chatting when anyone approached the desk. The hotel is very nice with spacious rooms. The indoor pool was sublime. The hot tub had been removed for renovations. My only real complaint is that the floors of the stairwells and areas beyond the immediately lobby were quite dirty - run a vacuum through...
