In regards to our stay, admist our first night on the garden level room upon being moved to the second floor it went very well following that. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities were maintained and room cleaned daily. Would recommend rooms on any

Nothing wrong with the hotel per se. It's a bit dated but has the essentials. Bedbugs ruined our stay, and when I reported it to the desk their response was wholly uninspiring, " Oh, sorry about that."

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, good value. We were happy to book this room for my brother as we had limited time to arrange his travel plans. This location was convenient for my family to pick my brother up and return hi. To the hotel. Staff were accommodating and gave

First, wasn't impressed by the check in, the young lady was very cold, no smile, and seemed over all irritated. I thought, Maybe she's having a bad day, so I brought her a box of chocolates the next day and said to smile. I work in the service industry and know the importance of

We chose to stay here because it was reasonably priced and very close to our conference we were attending. Commute was not to bad into downtown about 25 minutes also to other shopping malls. It is a bit dated and the hotel had extra security at night. Was a quiet area, buffet

Is there a airport shuttle available?
I don’t know for sure. I don’t recommend renting a car in Toronto. Traffic is very heavy and parking is expensive. Public transportation (TTC) from the airport to this hotel is awkward but available. A taxi may be best. My advice is to only rent a car if you will be travelling in the outskirts of the city over various areas. If you are going to be in the city, use public transportation.

Pretty certain an Uber would be the cheapest - public transit would be unwise unless you're under 30 and have a backpack only.

Is there any shopping malls near the hotel
There are malls within about four blocks east on Elginton - Eglinton Square (medium sized mall) and across from it, an expansive plaza, once known as the “Golden Mile.” North on Don Mills Road there is Fairview Mall, which is quite sizeable. You’ll need to take transit, although you could walk to Eglinton Square in about 30 minutes.
