Our dance (23 adult dancers) group visited Toronto as an anniversary gift to visit the city and attend a festival there. The front staff answered all our questions and went beyond to be helpful and courteous. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable as we were sharing rooms. The pool area was quite far from rooms and hot tub not working... More

My wife and I stayed at this property for business. We did get a decent rate, as the regular rate was almost $450.00 a night!! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Saying that, the parking is valet (not a fan), the pool is very old, hot tub didn't work, no jets. The room was spacious, and newly renovated, but... More

The hotel is well located on Yonge St - easy to walk to the Eaton Centre or various other shops including 2 large Winners stores. Front desk staff were very helpful. My room ( a balcony room overlooking Yonge St) was nicely renovated. A coffee maker, fridge and microwave were available. There were only 2 negatives - I could not... More

The room was newly renovated and was quite comfortable, nice staff around and that makes me feel even worse as there were all conditions to enjoy my stay if not the management of the hotel being quite rude when I approached them with the question regarding the hotel charging my credit card despite the fact that the hotel was booked... We spent 3 nights here and it was great! There were 4 of us in a room, and usually that is a little tight but these rooms were spacious and it did not feel cramped at all. Also very clean, something I am personally crazy about. I loved how close this was to Yonge and Dundas square, just a quick... More

Stayed here last week when traveling through Toronto. Hotel has a great location downtown close to bars restaurants and shopping. Service was pretty solid and everyone I talked to was eager to please. We had an end room on the north side of the building. Only complaint I have is the lack of some features in the room...example no robe,... More

i was there 3 nights during a bustour , hotel not booked by me 3star but relatively ok for that category just the breakfast is somewhat poor , rooms are fine for a 3 star hotel so if you are on a budget, i could be an option also not so far from the city centre to recommend for someone... More

We visited here for a week in early September. Our room was in the north tower. We did not have a great day view as there is building work right across the road. They are just starting so not a great deal of noise. The night time view is rather good, all the skyscrapers are lit and just makes for... More

I recently spent 2 nights at this hotel. It is conveniently located in downtown Toronto. It's a close walk to Bloor street where there is lots of shopping. It's within walking distance or a short cab ride to Osgoode professional development center. The room service is fast but pricey, it's downtown toronto though sp you can expect that. My room... Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
