We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a family event. We choosed as it was very central. You can walk from hotel straight to gallery of shops. Royal Ontario museum is in walking distance and there are a lot good restaurants around . Staff was very helpful and friendly. We asked about Niagra falls excursion and Michael, the...

I was at the Bloor Marriot Yorkville Hotel. I was there attending the OHTN conference from Nov 25-27 I have to say I had Excellent Customer Service from Carlo Nalli right from the start. He gave me a very nice room: it was a suite (Rm 448). The suite was very spacious. I walked in: to the left there was...

The hotel is pristine, the location is perfect, but what is most important to me is the stellar customer service. Tamara & Carlo went above & beyond to make my stay exceptional...as they always do. I am a longtime regular of Marriott Bloor Yorkville Hotel, I won't stay anywhere else!

I stayed here because of its proximity to a conference we were going to. I was most impressed by the service. In particular, a Ms. Singh from the information desk was very kind and helped me a few times. She remembered me and my son each time and asked how things were going. It was that personal touch, walking into...

Booked via Priceline and was assigned a king bed. Needed two beds so called the hotel. George from reservations was extremely rude and unprofessional - "if you booked via us directly, yes we can change your room. But you booked through Priceline like this, you have to ask them..." And simply hung up o me. Marriott: If you don't want...

Dear M L - Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. In order for the hotel to offer substantive discounts to Priceline, we offer the room types that we have a surplus of. We certainly could have done a better job explaining that to you. I certainly hope that you and your family had a nice stay in...

I recently stayed at this Marriott hotel and while there was nothing wrong with the hotel, there was just not much to it. A small coffee shop that also serves as the bar downstairs and a shelf of food that serves as their store. It was clean and had the basic Marriott touches. Fine for a business trip but not...

I've been a guest at the Marriott on Bloor for the last 16 months as a business traveler. Throughout my time in Toronto, my team and I have had multiple opportunities to change to more luxurious, higher end hotels but each time we decided to stay, and that was mostly because of one reason - the staff. Starting with the...

I would like to ditto previous review from Pete. I have been frequenting this hotel for the past 6 years. Company relocated members to a different chain but I stayed true. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
