My wife and I stay here on a regular basis and will keep coming back because of the friendly staff and the convenient location to everything downtown. My only comment is some of the rooms are getting pretty tired and because it was our special anniversary I paid for n upgrade when upon registering on our arrival - disappointed, the upgrade was not worth it especially when they knew it was a special and important occasion. Disappointing... We are loyal guests so we will be back , just probably won't bother with anymore upgrades and hopefully someone in management will see this and make sure other guests don't have the same experience as we did this time regarding this particular point... We're heading back into the city in the near future and do have reservations here so we are not deterred just yet....... Can not say enough good about the friendly staff at all levels and because of that and the convenient location we will be back...

Good hotel, very central. Friendly staff. All needed comfort. A bit noisy, specially from the bathroom. Very nice pool and accommodation. This is a very large hotel, follow the signed, the lifts are indicated with colours to go the your correct floor

Maybe I’m just a jaded AMERICAN. But the WiFi in this hotel is vertually non-existent. I couldn’t even download a simple jpeg via text. It was EXTREMELY important that I be able to view this image as my BOSS was eagerly awaiting a reply. He was already upset that I decided to take a vacation at a very busy time and this made it worse. FIX IT!

I decided that the 3 minute wait to load this page was worth the wait so long as I was able to warn any readers of how TERRIBLE the internet connection is here. The log in system is horrendous and the connection itself is unusable. I reached out to the tech center (which isn’t actually located in the hotel, but rather a remote location), but I was given a bogus excuse on how they’re experiencing some issues and looking to fix it. That would be believable if I didn’t read a review from 2016 with the same WiFi issues. In that same review, a hotel employee stated they were working to optimize the connection. Three years later.. here I am. Ideally, you’re not crammed in your hotel room, on the internet. However, their are rainy days, cancelled plans, and just some late nights you’d like to stay in. If that is the case, don’t rely on this connection to salvage your evening as it’s not good enough to stream anything or even load a GIF. I apologize if this review seems solely based on the terrible WiFi - but the location, the rooms, and the staff here are all about average. What absolutely breaks the deal and why I probably won’t be returning here is because of how awful and unusable this internet connection is. I would highly recommend considering another hotel option based purely on how horrendous the internet is. How a major hotel can overlook the importance of functional WiFi in 2019 is beyond me. Again, if this seems like a huge rant about how unusable the internet is - it’s because it is. That alone is enough to drive me away from recommending or returning to this hotel. If you want to stay at a decent hotel but don’t require internet - book it. If you do require internet, in the slightest bit - close the page for this hotel right now. I wish I could say it was just slow, or lags at times, but it’s completely unusable and it seems like there’s no attempt at making it better. That being said, choose your hotel wisely before you end up writing a detailed essay about how your terrible internet connection is keeping you from completing your work. Again- I can’t stress this enough- THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS FREAKING TERRIBLE. I just hope this message reaches anyone questioning this, hopefully the page will load after I hit submit, but I’m not counting on it. I’ll hold off on sending this till I have a working internet connection...
