The Westin Toronto is super clean and has incredible views of the harbor and lake. They have several restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff is very friendly as well. If you want to be close to everything that is within walking distance, stay here.

The Westin always makes me feel at home. From the front desk help with Jennifer J and room service, even the Fantastic Buffet at Breakfast and the custom omelets..Wow.. I can't wait to come again. In the case of the parking scene...Only made great by the likes of Dennis and Sammy..Oh and the rollaway cots...Probably the best I have ever slept on..The views are spectacular.

Hotel was beautiful. However the doorman in the morning wanted to charge me $10 to wait for my family to come down. I was a doorman myself and would never charge someone to wait for their family. Mind you I was the only person at valet. Disappointing.

The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto Al Robinson 1/5 We were excited to be staying at the Harbour Castle but when we arrived in our Jeep, we were told it was an oversized vehicle and we would have to find public parking somewhere else. This was 3:20 in the afternoon. The manager told us that the hotel has 900 rooms and only 200 parking spots. He further told us that reservations are for rooms and do not guarantee parking. Would have been nice to know in advance. They would not do anything to assist us but offered to pay for public parking once we found it. This was terrible service and we were made to feel very unwanted. Being a Bonvoy Elite member... truly didn't matter so, i called the ROYAL YORK booked in there and left the poor service of the Harbour Castle. No problem parking our apparently oversized Jeep there.... make sure you know that parking is not guaranteed when you book your stay at the Harbour Castle ... btw for the Hockey Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, Royal York is a better option as you can travel totally underground to the hall.…

We had a fabulous room on the 9th floor with a view overlooking the Toronto Islands. The room and bathroom were spacious, very comfortable and spotless. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were in refillable containers in the shower. Body lotion and mouth wash were also provided, as well as complimentary bottled water. The Sleep Well lavender balm was a nice touch! Great to have coffee and tea making facilities. The buffet breakfast offered a range of food choices. Our only problem was with the elevators (hence not a 5 star rating). It was an absolute fiasco trying to get down to meet in the lobby at 7.45a.m. After waiting 15 mins, our only option was to go up to the 30-something floor, and then back down in a crowded elevator via every floor, saying "sorry full". Most unpleasant.…

Stayed a week for work, but couldn't work In the room, wasted so much time trying to connect. And it wasn't just me, the other traveling with me In an another room on a different floor also couldn't connect. I shouldn't have to go to the lobby to work. And even the lobby was spotty. They give a number for support, but they can't do anything. Left multiple messages w/management and no one bothered to call back which just made me more upset. Every room service order was delivered wrong and often sat on hold for 10-15 minutes to even put an order In. I will be traveling more to Toronto for work but would not stay here again....it used to be my go-to spot, location and views are great. But In 2023, WIFI should be a no brainer - get a new system Westin - shameful.

My review is that it is an awesome hotel this is because the hotel has two towers one is the north and the other is the south and stayed in the north tower in room 1931 and it was a corner view and has good views including city and lake views. The service was good.

Great location at the waterfront with good walks along waterfront and bars,restaurants.It has a corporate feel to it but nevertheless staff are genuinely friendly and make the hotel a pleasant place to stay.Breakfastwas good and although bar area is typical hotel lobby bar it was a nice comfy place for a drink with very good staff.

Attentive and informative checkin and checkout. Immaculate common areas, spacious room with a view on the 33rd floor, spotless bathroom, comfortable bed. Great location within walking distance of Eaton Centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station, Spadina.. Very relaxing to come back to, after walking around downtown.
