I attended a concert at the Royal Conservatory of Music. The hotel was a short walk across the street from the ROM and the RCM. It is in a perfect location in Yorkville. Close to shopping and close to the entertainment. I thoroughly enjoyed the...More

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. I should have read previous recent reviews. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness of this hotel. The bathroom smelt musty, and there were clumps of hair stuck to the bath tiles. The amount of dust...More

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing stay experience. Although we are heading into renovations as of December 1, 2017, we have no excuse for our oversights. This was certainly not in keeping with the standards we work so hard to provide. Your review...More

Lovely hotel, everything about the hotel is brilliant including the service, staff, food, the room etc. I would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and professional. Please try their Eggs Benedict for breakfast, so lovely.

I love the charm of this hotel. Yes some people say it is old but it has character. It will be undergoing a massive facelift, therefore once completed, it will be one of the top hotels of Toronto. It is in the very posh area...More
