This hotel is right in downtown Toronto. It is handy for the subway, shopping, theatres, restaurants. If you can get this hotel for around $100.00 is is good value. The internet is not very good so if you need it for business I would not recommend it. The room was clean and the staff were quite friendly. Parking is across...

Stayed her for a couple of nights on a stopover in Toronto because the price was really good: $99/$100 a night. I actually stayed one night, then checked in again to a new room when my flight got rescheduled due to snow. On the first night, the hot water stopped working in my room so I had to ask to...

The hotel is in a great location. Right next to Dundas Sq. Subway also a minute away, shopping centre and Theatres round the corner. Nice pub opposite where you get discount through hotel. Rooms good size if you opt for Deluxe. Staff friendly. Here is the negative which has nothing to do with hotel more so through TripAdvisor. The room...

Stayed 1 night. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean. Beyond that, parking is kitty corner to the hotel and not obvious (particularly not in the dark). I was charged for parking when my booking was to include it - the front desk kindly wrote me a voucher which was to get me a refund when I went out...

I'm going to start off by saying that for US$95 (fees included) a night, I thought I would at least get free wifi. Depending on which link you click on for the hotel, wifi is listed under entertainment along with the other included amenities. Check in was smooth and easy, the front desk staff was nice. The room is clean...

Renovated since last time I was here and still a good value as it is right downtown near Eatons Centre. Reno rooms are small but remind me of Ikea decor. Restaurant downstairs, parking across the street, theatres and shopping nearby Small nondescript bar across the street. Would I stay there again, definitely

We returned to Bond Place over the weekend and enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless and well appointed. We had a large room with 2 queen-sized beds which was perfect for us. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept like babies. The Front Desk staff were super friendly and polite. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We purchased on a third party site, checked in and asked for a quiet room. The agent searched for one and said we should be fine on the top floor, almost at the end of the hall. The room was small, clean and equipped with a comfortable bed. There was some noise but we assumed that after 11, it would...

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
