This hotel is very central. The bedroom was very clean but the bathroom was not that clean. The personnel was really welcoming and nice. The room was a bit small since I had many luggage. I would recommend this place to students and young people. It is a nice place downtown near the Eaton center.

Stayed here for four nights with friends in late Jan. The hotel itself is fairly basic and nothing too special. It has a terrific location and is mere minutes away from public transport and Eaton Centre which we loved. The price was very affordable too but be mindful that you get what you pay for. Generally the room was fairly... More

I booked the bond hotel at the last minute. I had one day in Toronto and wanted to stay close to most of the sites. The hotel is located in a square that looks very similar to time square in New York City. Although it was freezing cold, it was bustling with activity. Had dinner at the big pizza and... More

This is a very budget-friendly hotel with a fantastic location in downtown Toronto, however even the "deluxe" room doesn't feel too special. Would recommend to students or young people looking for a cheap place to sleep, but otherwise I wouldn't want to spend too much time here.

I found the room quite small but very clean. The access to downtown Toronto was amazing... I was directly in the centre of everything which was absolutely amazing and made up for the small rooms. I would stay there again for sure.

After an almost 24hour flight from Melbourne, Australia the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and able to answer any queries or questions we asked. The room is quite small but we didn't need anything to big, we're only sleeping. The hotel have a green friendly approach to bed linen and towel usage. The concierge desk was more than helpful... Me and my family stayed there for almost a whole week and we loved it, everything was great the location, the price, the staff. We were spending a few days there and because of the location we were able to go everywhere. The restaurant offered great food, and we were able to enjoy the gym as well. Would stay there... More

This boutique hotel with modern furniture is located near Dundas and Yonge one of the busiest intersections in the heart of Toronto. Close to the subway line and the former Eaton's Centre, one block from a major movie complex and several eating establishments. However, they charge for Wifi and parking at $17 per night was across the street. Although that... More

Stayed here for a night while going to a concert at massey hall. Very close to the venue. Very safe and clean hotel with a friendly front desk. Room was spacious with a queen and double bed, two TVs - what!?, a fridge, and nice washroom with a surprisingly strong flush on the toilet. The decor is modern and there... More

great great location,18th floor business room was overall ok. Awkward how there is no door for the bathroom only a curtain. I didn't receive my expected newspaper nor did the blowdryer work so that was pretty annoying. overall i'd recommend again as long as all customer expectations are met next time.

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
