A bit hard to access parking lot with construction nearby but once inside, the hotel itself and service were good! Breakfast was ok, but we couldn't seem to find any coffee?
Subway station is easily walkable, so convenient to visit downtown / university of Toronto....More
Good family hotel with large, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Reasonably priced.
The breakfast is more than satisfactory with eggs, french toast and an assortment of cereals.
Close to the subway at Younge and Eglington. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
This hotel is very dated now, and could do with a major renovation. However despite it being very old and worn the rooms and bathroom were very clean. In regards to the rooms I had a queen room which was very spacious. One of the...More

The North End is a nucleus of specialty food restaurants and shops, especially around its Mount Pleasant Village area. Frequented by antiquers for its numerous collectable shops, furniture spots, and oddity stores, the North End is a maverick of the quaint and quality. Vintage toy stores, accessory shops, and cinemas welcome perusers to step back in time, while the wide pedestrian squares and the large
medical and business community inject it with a dose of modernity. With numerous cafes and Toronto's greatest number of independent booksellers, it isn't uncommon to see folks in this area at their leisure, reading outdoors and in eateries, and taking life a bit more slowly – even if it's only during their lunch break.
