I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail from the hotel staff. The bed and pillows were a dream of comfort AND there was a full-service Starbucks located on property! I also enjoyed the 17th-floor fitness center with many treadmills, variety of machines, and large free weight set. Beautifully clean and incredible views of the city. Excellent location - right in the heart of Toronto's food scene, and incredibly clean, and safe!

My (now) husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for our wedding weekend. It was recommended by the venue. We didn't know what to expect, but it was convenient and close, so we booked it. We could not have been more blown away by the incredible staff. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, big or small. We switched rooms after the wedding, and managed to lose our marriage licence in the shuffle (oops). Rob literally helped us dig through the garbage trying to find it - all with a smile and working to minimize our stress. We managed to find it and are incredibly grateful to Rob. The check-in process was also friendly and easy - Ray checked us in and remembered us both the rest of the week. Everyone here is super kind and helpful, and genuinely wants their guests to feel as though they're taken care of and having a good time. Nicely located with lots to do in walking distance. The hotel is very nice and the personnel are fantastic. Upon checking in, the room was ready on time, neat, clean with everything in good condition .

Great location, clean, staff is exceptionally polite and efficient. The gym is very complète, clean and it smells good! Romms was large and clean, it was quiet. Hotel is nickel renovated, located close to John Street which has lots of Entertainment options.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to catch some jays games. The location is simply perfect for anything downtown (cn tower, aquarium, hockey game, etc). The room was spacious and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean and had a lot of well cared for plants. Will stay again!

We had a suite with sofa bed. Great space to visit with friends comfortably. The sofa bed and pillows most comfortable we have slept in. Staff welcoming and had room ready for 1pm. It is so easy to park your car and just settle in for a ball game and evening in Toronto!

The hotel is if a good standard, the staff were keen to make sure everything was ok so they get a 10/10 review. Our room had a faulty safe, which was repaired within 10 minutes of being reported, great service! The air con could’ve been better for our liking, but we do like cool rooms so this may not be a game changer. Parking is in an underground car park, which is open to the publi, but there’s lift access to the hotel. A lot .. a hell of a lot of construction nearby, but it didn’t spoil our experience. Had a snack and a beer in the bar, which was ok, but as with all hotels overpriced

I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Toronto, the location was absolutely amazing and the rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was also delicious. The staff during my stay was so thoughtful. They answered all of my questions pre-checkin and allowed me to check in early when I found out my flight would arrive earlier than expected. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in an ideal location, quality of hotel and rooms is not reflective of the price you pay. The rooms would fetch $250/night in most other Canadian cities. You are paying for the location. The price is fairly consistent with other downtown hotels unfortunately.

Our stay here was brilliant! The location is awesome. The vibe in the hotel is amazing. Just a really lovely place! Mikka in front desk was really pleasant and sweet. Will absolutely come back again soon! I was working in the financial district and the commute walking was about 10 minutes. We also walked to great restaurants and attractions during our stay.
