For the past 12 years I entertain guests from overseas for 3-4 months per year As Covid-19 in affect I decided to use big name corporation thinking it will have better handle on things during these times BIG MISTAKE By far this was the worst ever stay I have in Canada or any other country including countries in Africa I do travel extensively. In general the apartment was good with good view. However, everything else stop here Began with chair you think they found it at the street when informed the staff the response was we know about it but we cannot change it, it took over a month and request to speak with manager suddenly it was changed Major problem with the net service, after several complaints instead of they solve the problem they sent me the number for the nest provider to call and deal with them knowing that I do not have account information Funny they even gave me the information for the wrong provider. After getting the right information it took me 3 days to work with them as no account information to figure what is going on it was outdated router should been changed year ago eventually they send someone (the provider not Del) with the new router After one full month with phone problems all kind from bad connection to constant calls day and night they admitted oh yes we are aware of the problem the best solution just unplug the phone which of course I did (hilarious the same staff who advised me to unplug the phone sent e mail informing me I called you but no answer) eventually 2 months later I believe they changed the phone provider with the same problem during my whole stay could not use the phone although it is part of the service, just like the net of I used my computer cannot use the TV or the my Cell very cheap service As part of the accommodation was cleaning services they claim due to Covid no longer can provide the service however, they will continue to provide with the cleaning supplies as the this fully furnished apartment although the supply supposed to be every couple of weeks I have to contact them 3-4 times each time just to send supplies one of their excuse somehow I did not notice your e mail although it will be sent to several recipients at the same time Error in the billing again I have to contact the billing department to correct it and send me my corresponding with the sale department it seems no communication in between departments Overall I had to spent huge amount of time with every department At one time one of the staff sent me apology e mail sorry we dropped the ball we will be better ….. the lasted for one week and back to the same problems Before I write this review to be fair I contacted the customer care manger to give her chance to comments her response was typical and inline with PS of the company first sorry I will look at it when she came back to me told me that we know some problem accrued during the change of our phone and net provider when I informed her I arrived after you made the switch, she back to me oh the person responsible or handle your account he or she left the company, I informed her that I dealt with several and all by e mail every e mail back and forth was with multiple recipients that was almost 5-6 weeks ago she never contacted me Extreme poor customer service My e mail firstname.lastname@example.org…
I’ve been living in a DelSuite Condo for over an year & the condo’s are well appointed, the staff are ever so helpful, accommodating & courteous. Looking forward to using their facilities when I’m back in Toronto in a few months.
I stayed at 55 Gerrard St. W. It was a fantastic place with an excellent location. Amenities were amazing and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location (and Delsuites) to any travellers in the city.
Stay at the Livmore was great. Everything you need inside and close to multiple grocery/pharmacy/transit. Clean and quiet with fast internet and cable that lets you watch shows from the prior two weeks.
I stayed at 10 York St . The room had everything I needed to be able to live and work away from home for nearly 3 months . The apartment was was clean and comfortable. The building was close to food shops and also located close to the lake for daily walks. They del suites booking staff were very friendly and were very efficient at dealing with any requests . Would definitely recommend.
