My family and I just stayed in this hotel and attended 3 ball games. We had a marvellous time and can't recommend this hotel too much. Kelly Mak and her team did a wonderful job organizing a family reunion for 28 with 2 events at the hotel. We watched 1 of the 3 games in a private box with stadium...

When booking the room I knew that it is somewhat adjacent to the Blue Jay baseball stadium however when opening the door I was stunned: the field was showing in its splendor right in front of my eyes! Plus that the "room" was on 2 levels where you could easily sleep another family. First level had a huge bar with...

Just stayed here from the 20th-24th. Rooms were supposed to be remodeled but not the ones we got. View of the field was great...not so much the machines they switch on late in the night that make an ungodly loud sound. Staff was excellent and concierge was very helpful. Location was central to most things. P.S. Do not get the...

The Hotel Front desk staff were fast, friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet was decent, with an omellette chef. House Keeping ladies were very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room of the interior of the Sky Dome was spectacular. A worthwhile visit.

A hidden gem. All staff from bellhop to front desk were so great. Very attentive and genuinely friendly with our children. Restaurant staff were also fantastic. Rooms were cool inside the dome. We'll be back!

We stayed here Friday May 22 (in baseball field view with game on against Mariners at 7pm.) we are able to watch both batting practices and the players were waving up to the kids (which was great). I didn't like the fact we had to vacate room early Saturday due to early game on Saturday. I would also warn you...

Hmmm. this place seems very tired to me. It's overpriced and rundown. Especially the rooms. The lobby is nice, the staff courteous, and the room overlooking the baseball field pretty cool. The problem is that I was just there to sleep. The rooms was stark, very dated, and very boring. The bathroom was the same...bad showered, dated fixtures. They had...

Dear OnTheFly_12, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is always important for us to hear from our guests. I am pleased the team took great care of you and that you enjoyed the view of the field. It is unique. I have passed along your comments around the bathroom to our Engineering team. Although we...

Great hotel and a really great staff, Katherine was extremely helpful. I was given an upgrade to a suite and actually had the choice of having a room that overlooks Blue Jay's field. Luckily, my team was playing the Blue Jays and I had the opportunity for a view room. However, I elected to take the other offered suite so...

Saw 2 baseball games at Rogers Center and walked to the a Hockey Hall of Fame from this location. Also, took a sightseeing bus tour of Toronto with a stop very close to the hotel. The hotel has a casual bar and restaurant which overlook the field. Had a delicious breakfast here both days. Omelets were outstanding. The rooms were...

I stayed at this hotel for an conference and found the rooms to be excellent! Very clean, roomy, quiet, great bed and affordable. When I was checking out, I accidentally left my bag in the conference room with over $1000 worth of items in it. After I realized it was gone, it was too late to go back and look...

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
