This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and decorated to perfection. This was my second stay and they upgraded me to a suite. I used the app to let them know that I would arrive an hour and a half in advance of the 4:00 p.m. check in time and without skipping a beat, my room was ready. The location is in the trendy Yorkville. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Worth the cost.

Hotel's Favorite
Had a fantastic stay as usual. I had stayed there for my 50th birthday with two friends in December and had a great time in spite of the fact that the city was in lockdown mode. Fast forward to July where I could finally have a party downtown and celebrate with friends and family. It was fitting that I spend the weekend at one of my favourite places on Toronto aside from my condo. I missed seeing Francis at the porte cochere, he always gives me a warm welcome. I did get to see him when I was back three weeks later, thank you Francis! Front desk wished me a happy belated birthday which was a nice touch. My Deluxe one bedroom suite was amazing of course, spacious and super comfortable. I would recommend it for families as there are two bathrooms and a sofa bed and did I say lots of space? Well I was traveling alone and had the whole thing to myself ha! I was unable to get a spa treatment as they were fully booked. A word of advice to book the spa early to avoid disappointment as they are EXTREMELY popular! I did go and enjoy the pool and had drink while I was at it. Brunch at Cafe Boulud was absolutely in order. Lizelle who is always lovely gave me a warm welcome and got me seated and Kulpreet who was new took really good care of me. I only knew he was new because I had never seen him before, his service and knowledge was impeccable, nicely done! Had a great time at Dbar as well lunch at DAzur, always great food, no complaints whatsoever. I went to visit Sonia in the gift shop who is always lovely. They were out of the bath scent I like and only had the smaller packets. She didn’t give up and called up to the spa to check if they had the larger size and they did, so I took my usual bubble bath with a book and a nice glass of red. Thank you again Four Seasons for a fantastic two days, as always I was in good hands and well taken care of!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to downtown and in a pleasant walking neighborhood. I had a corner room with a nice view of the street. If you are planning a family trip, I highly recommend considering this hotel.

Amazing! Only negative is I couldn’t stay longer. The rooms are large and exceptional with bathrooms with soaking tubs. The beds are oh-so-comfy. The place oozes luxury in all corners. Will be my go-to whenever in Toronto. I had breakfast each day which was quite good but sadly did not have any other meals here. Also was unable to take advantage of the spa.

As expected, the Four Seasons Toronto provided an exceptional stay! The hotel ios superb in every way, from the room, restaurant, spa and amenities, to the exceptional service provided by their staff. Special kudos to Tia Kondic, Guest Relations Manager, and Patrick Pollak, General Manager, for their kind and attentive service. You live up to every letter of the Four Seasons brand!

Our weekend stay at the Four Seasons was a truly exceptional experience, where every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. As expected, the room was not only comfortable but also beautiful, making for a delightful stay. The pool and jacuzzi area provided an additional mode of relaxation, particularly during the adult-only hours. The locker room was also a great spot to unwind, with a steam room and a seating area offering tea and snacks. The fitness center was another highlight of our stay, as it was spacious and equipped with a vast selection of equipment, making for a fantastic workout. The Four Seasons staff paid close attention to even the smallest details, such as noticing that we moved the floor mat to the toilet stall from the shower, resulting in another mat being placed in the toilet stall. Additionally, housekeeping went above and beyond to organize our iPhone and cable cords, a small touch that made a big impact. Although the turned-down service was a nice touch, we’d have loved it even more if they had left a piece of chocolate. Nevertheless, the hotel was immaculate inside and out, with friendly and attentive staff that made us feel welcome and valued.

We only stayed for 2 night, but staying at the Four Seasons was more than worth it. The room was spactacular and large, the bathroom was phanomenal and the service received was above and beyond. Located in the heart of Yorkville you are able to find everything you need close to the hotel, and please see the concierge for tips and advice on exploring Toronto, that really saved us a lot of time and hustle! We did not dine in their restaurants, but ordered roomservice on our fist evening, which was so special, that it litterly took our breath away! The wine was perfectly chilled and we even got asked if the table should be set up for us to dine.... If your schedule allows make a day trip to Niagara Falls and visit the Spa at the hotel!! Overall, it appears a little bit pricy to stay at the Four Seasons, but you receive your moneys worth anytime!!

We stayed at the four seasons Toronto this past weekend and the service was incredible. George & Kenny at Reservations went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We have stayed here many times and each visit is nothing less than superb. We also visited the Spa and it is the best in the city. Specifically, the 3-in-1 super facial is a MUST. Look no further if you want to guarantee a great time and excellent service.

As you would expect, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well appointed. It seems like it is a new hotel so everything is very new and fancy, the room was very quiet. The hotel bar isn't the type of bar to stop by on the way to your room, everyone very well dressed in there with a door person. Hotel is valet parking only.

Staff was just so loving, caring and welcoming. I was overwhelmed with the amount of care and attention to details. I was there for my Birthday weekend, they made all the efforts and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable forever.
