    Average experience at a premium price. No complementary water in the room and bare minimum amenities. Check in clerk was disengaged. went through her procedure without a smile. Overall not enough value for money

    It's simply a great hotel! Great staff. Great rooms and amenities. Cool spa and a very nice pool area. Try the Café Boulud: great modern style French cuisine. Whenever I'm in Toronto, this is my favourite hotel.More

    Same as above - cabs are very reasonable in Toronto or you can take the subway which is very close to the hotel and the CN Tower.
