Amazing hotel with fantastic friendly staff. Ans a great location. We had a great time in this hotel, it was luxurious, extremely clean, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. There is not one bad thing I can say about The Four Seasons.

Hotel's Favorite
Had a fantastic stay as usual. I had stayed there for my 50th birthday with two friends in December and had a great time in spite of the fact that the city was in lockdown mode. Fast forward to July where I could finally have a party downtown and celebrate with friends and family. It was fitting that I spend the weekend at one of my favourite places on Toronto aside from my condo. I missed seeing Francis at the porte cochere, he always gives me a warm welcome. I did get to see him when I was back three weeks later, thank you Francis! Front desk wished me a happy belated birthday which was a nice touch. My Deluxe one bedroom suite was amazing of course, spacious and super comfortable. I would recommend it for families as there are two bathrooms and a sofa bed and did I say lots of space? Well I was traveling alone and had the whole thing to myself ha! I was unable to get a spa treatment as they were fully booked. A word of advice to book the spa early to avoid disappointment as they are EXTREMELY popular! I did go and enjoy the pool and had drink while I was at it. Brunch at Cafe Boulud was absolutely in order. Lizelle who is always lovely gave me a warm welcome and got me seated and Kulpreet who was new took really good care of me. I only knew he was new because I had never seen him before, his service and knowledge was impeccable, nicely done! Had a great time at Dbar as well lunch at DAzur, always great food, no complaints whatsoever. I went to visit Sonia in the gift shop who is always lovely. They were out of the bath scent I like and only had the smaller packets. She didn’t give up and called up to the spa to check if they had the larger size and they did, so I took my usual bubble bath with a book and a nice glass of red. Thank you again Four Seasons for a fantastic two days, as always I was in good hands and well taken care of!

So, stayed here for the weekend for a dear friends Wedding near by in the historic Yorkville. We safely assumed it would be quite beneficial to stay the night at Four Seasons Toronto. Sure it was nice, but compared to other Four Seasons like New York, or London this Four Seasons is lacking how you can say.....the element that makes it truly special. I'm not happy with the $775.00 Price tag for this hotel. And my wifey to be was like that's it? might be worth checking on the Hyatt or Hazelton IMO. In anycase its not terrible but not 775 price tag worth. Also change the Towels.!

The rooms are not up to Four Seasons standards. They are showing signs of wear and tear and are in need of a serious upgrade. The furniture is chipped and scratched, there are visible cables hanging behind the desk, the couch is old and it does not feel as clean.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The hotel's amenities, from the spa to the fitness center, were top-notch, and dining at their restaurant was a culinary delight. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff's dedication to ensuring every moment was memorable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, making me feel like a cherished guest throughout my visit. The Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto epitomizes luxury, comfort, and unmatched hospitality, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Best hotel I've stayed at in my life. It was a peaceful & restful break in a very busy period of time. Found the hotel ands services a break from the hustle and bustle of work and life. Pool and fitness facilities made for a great stay, Can't wait to return.

We had very nice experience traveling to Toronto and staying at Four Seasons . Hotel was excellent with great service . Amazing personal and very comfortable rooms . We had a small problem with concierge service after booking Trattoria Nervosa , we did not receive a reserved table there and restaurant host and management were extremely nasty and not welcoming . We had a great time in Toronto , but we do not recommend to come close to this trattoria ....

Four Seasons always delivers. This property is 15 min walk to Royal Ontario Museum and shoe museum. There are numerous great restaurants within an easy walk. Nearby streets have very upscale shopping(Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc). Area feels very safe. We were upgraded to a spacious room which was clean, quiet and had a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Typical impeccable 4 Seasons service. Pool area was nice and concierge was very helpful in making dinner reservations/recommendations. You can always count on Four Seasons for a great experience

Luxurious property in downtown but the overall service doesn’t live up to the reputation or the prices We booked as a family and wanted to have an extra bed. Four seasons always provides this option at all their properties. We were checked into a great room with views but no roll away bed. After some arguments we were allotted another room with sofa bed which worked out. However every night we had to call them to make the bed and in spite of repeated requests that we need it by a certain time we had to call again and again and most days wait one hour to be serviced. Definitely not something you expect when you are paying super premium prices On the plus side - the hotel is in downtown easily accessible from most locations - Great in room dining service including breakfast - Luxurious and spacious rooms Our feeling is that this hotel is mostly for business customers and not very geared towards tourists especially families Also at the price point they have there could be many similar or better options in downtown Toronto Overall quite an average experience
