Good. Good. Good . All good ! The location (near Spadina and Queen West) . The staff (nice and really facilitating). The room (clean and clear with a window that opne ! ) . The bed.... one of the most confortable ever ! Minus point - the cleaning should be better. Covid is not an excuse. Everything was over my expectation !
Security issues in our room door leaving us very exposed. Poor handling of departing guests. These two very bad experience turned our stay terribel. The rest was all right. But incidents not very satisfactory.
I stayed here last week of Feb for almost a week on an official trip. Nothing much to add really - professionally run hotel with all expected amenities on offer. Being almost at the heart of downtown, there are plenty of pubs, coffee shops (Starbucks, Tim Hortons) & restaurants around. I had a pleasant stay and happy to recommend it for business/leisure travelers. Only word of caution - food portions are huge, please check with your server before ordering
Perfect location, clean room, restaurant, fitness room, inside parking during a snow storm! All was great. Close to the Theatre where we saw "Riverdance". Good price and overall all was good. No complaints.
My husband and I were very unpleased with the service. Everything was good till the end. When they went to check our room, which we left clean and neat and they found pillow cases, which they claimed were with dye.We had no dye or any of such sort of black to go spraying the pillow cases with. We went with them to check and told them to check us, they weren't interested. They charged us without blinking an eye. We strongly feel something is fishy, it really looked obvious that we were framed, it took them 10 minutes to check our bedroom (which shouldn't have been so long). We have never witnessed such an experience in any hotel that we have been too! Strongly recommend to stay away from such a crooked place.
