If you are looking for a clean, convenient, modern property close to just about everything in downtown Toronto, this hotel is an option to consider.
However, parking costs, at $48 per day, is more expensive here than several close by hotels.

My wife and I stayed downtown after a Christmas party rather than drive afterwards. The hotel is very clean and secure, nicely appointed rooms. We were on the 10th floor, so the Entertainment district noise was a little bit more muted. If we were lower, it would probably hav

This hotel was in a convenient location between king street and queen street, both of which have lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s also a 3 minute Uber/lyft/cab to the arena for a game.
The room was very clean with modern decor and well equipped with a microwave and fridge.

I’m here right now and there is a night club next door that is SOOO loud and I can’t sleep. It’s awful. Please don’t stay here if you plan on sleeping.

Nice hotel in the middle of entertainment district so close to most major show venues. Hotel is small-ish but that's fine. Best feature of the room - opening windows. Always nice to be able to get some fresh air. Floors in the room are not carpet but some sort of laminate/tile th

Does this hotel have a shuttle to/from YYZ Airport?
No it does not. We usually take a cab or town car from the airport to the hotel. That runs us about 50-60 bucks. Most town cars will do it for a fixed rate.

One reviewer states this Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Toronto is "close to the airport"; another states it is "central", and "5 min to CN tower". Is that a 5 min walk, or drive? I read that it's best to avoid hotels near the airport, as traffic into town is very slow.
Came in on bus so cant help with airport question, but we took hop on hop off stop on way over and walked back later. It took us about20-25 minutes

Is there paid parking nearby that isn’t as expensive as the valet service at the hotel?
There is but not in a garage and monitored for safety like the hotel has. Well at least not what we saw anyway. They were parking lots. Also they are not overnight as far as we saw. Hope that helps.

We are looking to valet our car at our stay this summer but it doesn't look like there is much room in front of the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Downtown on Peters Street. Is there another location to valet the car, or is it ok to park along the street without a designated location? Thank you.
You are not allowed to park on the street, this hotel does have valet though.
