I came here as they have a Electric Car Charger. We were looking forward to using the pool as the website said it would be opened in March, but it's still closed. They offer you free breakfast from 7am-1pm, that's huge, most places stop after 10am. The 1pm time is a great idea. The food was good as well. They...

Joe, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. We do appreciate your kind comments. With our ongoing renovation program we are planning on changing all our guest room windows this summer, this upgrade will help reduce the noise in all the train side rooms. Brian Dodds Hotel Manager

Let me start off by saying we've stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. Great stay and staff was awesome. This stay was absolutely terrible. We booked a room with 2 double beds. We were there for medical reasons. The girl I booked with said she had a business room, had a kitchenette, fridge and so forth. Didn't have...

First and foremost, we want to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay at the hotel. To continue offering a home away from home for all guests, we have embarked on an extensive renovation program, which includes all new furniture. Like a “new car smell”, all renovated rooms will have a “new” smell, which we do understand may...

Rose, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. Let me first apologise for the delay in responding to your comments. Even though we are into week 3 of our brand-new guest room furniture install, it is not an excuse for the courtesy of a prompt reply. Although we have notified all our booking sites...

Despite being located near to the downtown, this hotel can be a little tricky to get to. Both the outside and inside of the building do appear to be, shall we say, well used. In spite of this, the facility is well cared for. Our room was generously sized with two double beds. Although there was enough space, our room...

This hotel is being renovated so there are some upgrades on the way. For my stay I was on the 4th floor with a reasonable view of the city. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. Obviously the hotel can't control how a neighborhood develops around it. I walked to a restaurant the first night and have to...

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, but the room I was given had no artwork, no headboard, 20 year old drapes and two double beds, I was to have been given a queen or a queens suite at least. Could not sleep poor air quality and a loud party down the hall. The only positive experience...

Standard room with 2 Queen beds, not very clean with an unsightly stained carpet. Free breakfast was the best part...yummy waffles. Free parking is a plus. Staff was curtious. I would not visit again.

Rooms are old and dated. My room had large cracks in tiles in bathroom shower, open spaces under window heater/ac unit, uncomfortable bed, and very old and disconcerting elevators. Truly wished it was better. Cannot recommend.

Was obliged to stay here as a requirement of my company's "lowest cost" travel policy. I suspect such policies are the only reason this place is still in business. The place looks like a rundown hospital from the outside (don't let the professional photograph shot at sunset with filters fool you). The vehicle entrance feels like you are entering the...
