Six gals have visited the Old Rectory for seven straight years and have already booked next year! Kim and Kevin, your hosts, are both gracious and talented. Their friendliness, professionalism and great breakfasts make The Old Rectory a delightful vacation. We are able to have six beds and two baths in the coach house which is hard to find. Just... A delightful stay at this B&B. A short walk to all theaters. Kevin and Kim were wonderful hosts; they couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfasts were great, room was comfy (btw, this is one of the few B&Bs in Stratford that has a room with separate beds). There is a lovely sun room and back garden. All very tasteful -... More

This is the 20th year for The Old Rectory. They must be doing something right. Actually, lots of things! The location is about midway between the Avon and Festival Theaters, close to downtown and the riverfront. The hosts are helpful and charming. The booking process (for a specific room) is easy and fast. The breakfasts are great; The house-made preserves... More

I believe this is our fourth year to stay at The Old Rectory and every year we have a wonderful time. The rooms are always beautifully clean and the gardens lovely. This year my daughter stepped in at the last minute for the trip and with no notice, Kevin and Kim we preparing a vegan menu for breakfast for her.... More

We have stayed in several B & B's in Stratford over the years. The Old Rectory is by far the best! As other reviews say; great location, great rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and outstanding hosts. The Sunroom was an excellent place to meet, relax and discuss the plays. That experience really enhanced the visit to Stratford.

As "first timers" to The Old Rectory we were unaware of what an experience it is. From our charming hosts -- Kevin, Kim and Connor -- to the quaint house, picture perfect rooms, and bountiful breakfasts, we quickly understood why they are celebrating 20 years in business. It's perfectly located within easy walking distance to the theaters, restaurants and shopping... More

This was our second stay at the Old Rectory. Kim and Kevin are very gracious hosts, they have been doing this for twenty years and have got it right. Kevin cooks up a wonderful breakfast, including home made yogurt and jams, a different muffin or scones each morning. Wonderful location for downtown and the theaters. You can't go wrong staying here.... More

From the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast to the location, everything about the Old Rectory is perfect! Kim and Keven were so hospitable, giving us suggestions for dining (excellent), things to do (apart from the theatre) and providing a place to leave our car while we saw a matinee at the theatre even though we had checked out! We... More
