We booked same day and they accommodated us. We thought we booked a room with a Queen bed but when we walked in it was twin beds. I mentioned this and the owner said his wife does the bookings, etc. Clearly we wanted one bed. He said the beds go together but they would have to change the bedding. No big deal right? So we go to dinner and theatre expecting the bed arrangement to be rectified when we returned. Nope! My wife and I slept in two twins. Not exactly what we were looking for when we planned a night away from the kids. If you look at my trip advisor reviews I almost never post a negative review. We were woken up at 6:30am but a loudly meowing cat outside our door. LOUD cat. This was a topic at breakfast with the other guests who were also woken up. Breakfast was muffins purchased from a local coffee chop!? and some scrambled eggs that I was the only one of four at the table who ate them. We have stayed at numerous B&B's with awesome experiences. This was odd. We will not return.…
Kelley and Daniel provide comfortable privacy, and delicious, creative breakfast in convenient walking distance of two Stratford Festival venues. Kelley is a perfect, knowledgeable, and erudite hostess for Festival visitors. Her insights and recommendations added to our enjoyment of what the Stratford Festival offers. Space accommodates three couples, and the floor plan provides equal space for congeniality or solitude. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to return.
Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel and Kelley who had anticipated anything that you would need from toothpaste, Q-tips, razors and absorbent, fluffy towels to restaurants and interesting activities to do in Stratford. There is a nice verandah overlooking a charming, colourful front garden. Breakfast were varied, interesting and filling. Kelley's home baking appeared in the afternoon to complement the tea and coffee that was available anytime of day. Though the rooms aren't large, two day rates were very reasonable for the quality of everything provided.
This was the 3rd year we've stayed with Kelley and Daniel. Kelley's multi course breakfasts were scrumptious and so beautifully presented. Plus she has freshly baked cookies each day. The location is close to downtown and walking distance to theatres and many restuarant. We're booked for next year!
My mom and I thouroghly enjoyed our 2 nights at 100 Church with Hosts Kelley and Daniel. This B&B is top notch with a lovely room and ensuite bathroom. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is walking distance to the downtown. The hosts were so lovely and wanted to meet our every need. I would highly recommend 100 Church. This is our second visit and we will come back next year for sure.
