The Grandville Manor is a beautifully restored Victorian on a quiet residential street in Stratford, an easy walk to theaters, restaurants and downtown shops. Our suite was comfortable and well-appointed; our host Kim is an absolutely splendid cook (her eggs Benedict were the best I've ever had). Dog lovers will enjoy meeting Georgie, the well-behaved resident canine. We've stayed many... More

Kim is a great cook & very friendly host, with a very warm and comfortable home. This B&B is conveniently located on a quiet street, just a few blocks from the main street full of restaurants and shops.

Been traveling to the Stratford Festival since the 90s - and of all the B&Bs I've stayed, Grandville Manor is my favorite. Comfortable and gracious, relaxed yet gorgeous furnishings. I can boast that I have now been an overnight guest in all five of the guest rooms. *proud smile* When staying with my parents in the suite - I was... More

This was really enjoyable. You are greeted by the dog and cat, and a pleasant and considerate host. We were not lucky in the weather (very cool) so could not sit in the gazebo outside. Rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable, and more than enough for our needs. Breakfast was a treat -- good food and very good conversation.

My wife and I spent last week at the Grandville Manor in Stratford and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The B&B was everything, if not more, than expected, The establishment had a lot of character and was very comfortable. Felt like being at home. The breakfasts were outstanding. Kim, the owner, out did herself each morning to get our day... More

I have stayed with Kim since she started operating Grandville Manor four years ago. Kim is a very gracious hostess. She keeps up on what is happening in Stratford and is a good source of information. Her breakfast are wonderful. I can easily go until the evening meal! Kim also gives massages which I understand from a friend are wonderful.... More

I arrived for the long weekend going to the festival, and booked through the festival website as it was my first visit. Welcoming host and excellent fresh cooked breakfasts around a large dining table. Lovely gazebo in the garden - very bohemenian sixties/seventies vibe to the place. Transports you back a couple of decades to a quieter Canada. Could not... More

The Hostess Kim, has such compassion and joy for her bed & breakfast. She, along with Milo and Georgie, were very welcoming when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the privacy of the York Suite, with it's bedroom, sitting room and private bath. Mark of the Olive Readers, hosted an event that evening, inviting loved ones... More

The Hostess Kim is very warm and welcoming. The property outside and inside the home is very lovely and with beautiful Antique Furnishings. This is a fabulous place to rent for an event with 12 people, I took a week-end course here and everyone was very comfortable. There were enough rooms to accommodate the people from out of town.
