This hotel is dirty, used to house just released homeless cons. Cheaply furnished rooms. Owners have terrible policies, much better places to stay. Friday night party central, domestics on site, just wait you will hear it.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. There was no room for anything else. Less than a foot between the two beds and little space to get around them. The carpet was very dirty, the towels were dingy "white". It took us ten minutes to find a plug to charge two phones-- beds blocking outlets and TV / phone... More

Prior to booking I called this motel and asked if they had wheelchair accessible rooms. They assured me it was. I also asked if they were within walking distance of the theatres and was told it was a 5 - 7 minute walk. Well as for wheelchair accessible... NOT AT ALL. There was a five to six inch curb up... Clean rooms, no smells, courteous staff top to bottom, attractive outdoor sitting areas, peaceful at night, on a major street and still very quiet. Hop in your car and you are in downtown Stratford in minutes. Recently updated renovated rooms. Beds were comfortable.

Overall great experience. The staff were accommodating and considerate when re-accommodating our stay due to inclement weather. The property and room were clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable and washroom clean. The quiet room had a small fridge, wifi and flat screen tv. Decor was interesting and nice. Although there was no coffee on site, the location is... This is a very basic, old fashioned motel on a busy street...but it is just fine for a stay when doing a lot of activities in Stratford. Small bathroom and small floor space in the room...but I was out to the theater, out for meals, out for shopping so what did I need with a big room. This place was... More

Located only several blocks from the theatre, it is a great little motel to stay in, and there are restaurants just across the street. Very moderately priced, it had all the basics, plus a newly remodeled shower, in room wifi sensor and a small refrigerator. Linens were fine and the room was immaculate. I do recommend this motel as an... More

This is a small motel. price was right as we were just wanting a room to sleep. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Some toiletries. Room and bathroom were very clean. The grounds are very attractive if you would like to sit outside by the Zen Fountain or at one of the private locations for just 2. More so,... More

I booked this motel online through expedia and got a room for under 100.00. considering most of the hotels were in the 150.00+ range for this theatre town. This was a no frills motel. I lived in the Stratford area 16 years ago and this motel was not a nice place to stay. It has been cleaned up and would recommend.... More

We stayed there for two nights in September while attending the Shakespeare Festival, and the staff was just wonderful; polite, hospitable and helpful. It's a classic old school motel and is somewhat charming, but the rooms were very dusty and the air conditioning filters definitely needed to be changed. Also the bathrooms are relatively small, as in train compartment small.
