It was ok for a night. I was given a room right next to the pop and ice machines. I thought that they might be noisy but it was the noise from the air conditioning that I heard most of the night. The room was clean but dated. The 4 pillows on the bed looked good but all were rock... More

We were travelling to Chicago last week and found ourselves without a reservation. We went on line and found this hotel about 5 mins from the Blue Water Border Crossing in Sarnia. We were very surprised when we arrived that although the hotel was under minor renovation the rooms were very large and extremely clean. The gentleman on the front... More

Typically, when you hear "Quality Inn" you think of it as a sarcastic and disingenuous name intended to do nothing to impress. It is as appealing as the name "Good Product". However, in this case, the name actually rings true. The place is very well kept, clean, and friendly. The staff was friendly (Micheal is a great guy). and prompt... More

Booked this place because of the reviews, but was hugely disappointed. The beginning was promising with the guy at the front desk checking with me if I actually wanted to check in in two rooms (we did, as we travel with 3 kids). It turns out later he was the only clientfocused person around. The AC in the lobby/restaurant did... More

Stayed with two other couples. Each of our rooms was quiet, very clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our only complaint was the air conditioning was not working in one area of the hotel making the dining room quite uncomfortable. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue, but we were in the middle... More

I had a few problems with this hotel. First, from what I could tell, there are only about 18 parking spaces adjacent to the hotel. They have an overflow lot across the street, which we used. It was not a problem for us because the weather was nice. However, if it had been the dead of winter or raining heavily... More

We were passing through Sarnia and stayed at the Quality Inn. When we arrived our check in process was quick and easy. Room that we were assigned was clean and spacious. Furnitishings were up to date. Bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The wifi reception was good and Internet was fast. Breakfast is complimentary and had the... More

I stayed one night when crossing to Canada for a holiday. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant! It was so refreshing and rewarding! The hotel, itself, could use some updating inside and outside, but the rooms were comfortable and very clean.

King room with one comfortable sitting chair but, fortunately the desk chair was good too so no complaint. Coffee machine is excellent and extra coffee is available. Room was quiet, comfortable and has a small fridge and microwave if needed. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast included which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, toast etc as well as french toast and fruit.... More
