My wife and I had the opportunity to stay with Kevan and his family twice over our Ottawa holiday. The first stay we were in the King suite for two nights and, then later in the week we were in the MacDonald room for 7. The house is a beautiful character home in very convenient part of Ottawa. The entire...

This delightful B&B is in a quiet, shady area of Ottawa, within walking distance of everything I needed. My room (The King Loft) was large, the bed was comfortable, and it has an intriguing counterweighted door (which I could not figure out how to lock). I appreciated being able to make my own snacks in the kitchenette, and the bathroom...

It was a very good choice we did staing at Benners. The old renewed house in a quiet neighborhood near downtown, was perfect. The accomodations clean and very comfortable and the breakfast excelent and delicious.

Great B&B located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of downtown. Excellent breakfast both days, and Kevan took special care to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Clean, well-decorated townhouse with tons of character, especially the loft-style room we stayed in for the weekend. Very friendly host, stimulating conversation at breakfast. Would definitely recommend it, and return on future visits to...

We stayed at Benner's for a night in March 2014. It was last minute but they did a great job of accommodating us. Great service, beautiful old house which has been turned into a stylish B&B, and delicious breakfast - the waffles! A good choice if looking for Sandy Hill -based accommodation.

This is the greatest place to stay in Ottawa. The location is within walking distance to the major downtown attractions. The B&B itself is great. Well kept up, the rooms are very nice, the breakfast is terrific. The host was very helpful.

I was actually born in Ottawa and have four brothers that still live in Ottawa. I normally stay with one of my brothers but this occasion was his surprise 60th Birthday party. We wanted to be central so that we could enjoy the Byward Market, Parliament Hill and generally just walk the downtown area. The location of Benner's was perfect...

Nice , clean B&B, close to public transit, cycling paths, quiet neighbourhood. We had the king size bedroom, large sitting room and adjoining kitchenette, convenient for take out if you don't feel like going out... Breakfast needs lots of improving i.e.. mild coffee, more protein for cycling people

We just did a drive through Algonquin Park and ended up at Ottawa. We stayed at Benner's B&B for a couple of nights while exploring the museums and Byward Market area of Ottawa. It is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to the Market and Parliament hill, as well as lots of the museums. We even walked from the B&B...

We stayed in the McDonald Room for 2 nights, which was very comfortable and quiet, had our own balcony with a view at a green alley of trees, and a great spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, all very relaxing. The whole house was nicely decorated and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well done and served in a...
