The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and the hotel room was really clean. I was surprised that the room consisted of separate rooms, which included very comfortable beds, and a kitchenette. The bathroom was also very nice, but the shower curtains were a tad bit dirty. The proximity was great due to being near the bus stop with a bus...

Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Student accommodations with the necessities; groceries and LCBO and beer store within walking distance. Suggestions: have Transit map/ Carte de reseau available as brochure and day/ weekpass info; become a kiosk for buspasses. The showerhead needs attention and the fridge needs balancing. Enjoyed our stay.

We were a 2 family group of 12 plus a baby. The rooms were clean. And the decor is standard but decent. It is a great choice for families because of the kitchenette. There is a full apartment size fridge, microwave, cabinets, small table and chairs and a kitchen sink. When housekeeping cleaned our room they removed the soaps and...

Let get one thing straight out the gates; this is student living, literally. You’re staying at a small schools dorm. There now that that is out of the way we can go over what make this low budget option fantastic and what some of the clear compromises are. The pros are that you will get way more space than is...

I had no idea this was a university residence until I got there. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The Urban Cafe of the university had home-grown and home made food. The food was quite a surprise. The rooms were sound proofed so I had the best sleep here than any other hotel I've been to coz normally you can...

If you are looking to stay in Ottawa for about $100 a night and have a 2 bedroom suite then this is your place. Clean, friendly and modern building in a serene downtown location the Residence & Conference centre is part of Saint Paul university residence (university is Ottawa). I usually travel for business so I spend a lot of...

This’s my fourth time staying at this residence. I still think this’s still the best and the least expensive accommodation in Ottawa. Free parking. You pay one standard price and get a suite with 2 rooms with double beds. It’s perfect for solo traveller and family. Yes it’s away from downtown but getting there by car is not a long...

This is a residence that has 2 bedrooms per suite and one bathroom. It's pretty basic and does not have a hair dryer or an iron and ironing board. It does have a mini kitchenette with a microwave and fridge and TVs in both bedrooms. It's a great price, it's clean, and parking is free. It's perfect for staying in...

This is a very simple residence with nothing exceptional but if you're looking for a cheap stay, it can't be beat. The rooms have two separate double bed rooms (with lockable doors) rather than two beds in one large room, so it's great for sharing. Wish I knew this beforehand but that's okay. The bed was not so great, the...

We booked this hotel mostly because of the price. We were staying Canada day night. Other hotel were out of our price range. The hotel was reasonable priced. It was very basic but it was nice to have a separate room for the kids. The kitchenette had a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and a small table. It was clean. The...
