I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and Hotel was well maintained. My only concern was people kept coming into the swimming pool and hot tub area with wine glasses and beer cans. It would be nice if the strong warning sign was placed on the entrance. I was with my kids and wondered what would happen if they... More

We were in the area doing wine tours and this hotel is handy for that . And convenient for shopping at the outlet. The staff were friendly and very apologetic when we mentioned the disturbance coming from the room next door.

Another Black Friday shopping trip, another great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Niagara Outlets. A quick trip from home for some Christmas shopping, and close enough to the border to zip over for an hour or two of Black Friday Insanity. Front desk staff is superb, staff in the halls greet you with great smiles, the hot... More

For anyone considering doing wine tours in the Niagara-on-the-Lake region or Bench, this hotel is a great option. Rates booked in advance are very competitive. The rooms are clean and well appointed (currently being updated, too). The on-site breakfast is really a deal. We've stayed here multiple times and will be back.

Had a wonderful experience here. We actually Stayed in August 2015 not December but it wouldn't let me choose that. It was raining really bad when I left the outlet mall and my wiper broke off while driving. I couldn't see at all. I pulled over until it slowed enough that I could see to get back to the hotel.... Our stay Oct 11-15, was made very enjoyable by all of the staff with whom we interacted. I must single out Margaret, who did a very nice job on our rooms, and has a charming personalty. There are lovely landscaped gardens, with an outdoor seating area. Pool and gym looked good, we did not use them. All areas of the... More

A nice hotel, but a long way from the beautiful Historic District of Niagara-on-the-Lake. This was my mistake as I failed to read the description carefully enough. It is, however, a very nice place that is close to the busy QEW highway.

Everything is perfect with this hotel, except the fact that they don't offer any French-speaking channel ! Not even the standard one Radio Canada. We are still in Canada no ? I was however expecting to have a complimentary breakfast, but we have to pay for the breakfast.

We stayed in room 307 for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was accessible with a king bed, comfy chair, coffeemaker, microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable bed and pillows but the duvet, a Hilton staple, is made of a fabric that keeps sliding off the bed. The friendly, helpful front desk staff willingly kept ice packs in their... More
