Great location, close to the river. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty. All of the staff were attentive, professional and helpful. The server for our first breakfast was delightful. Lots of tips and suggestions for sights to visit. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great location away from the downtown crowds. Quiet neighborhood close to the Niagara River. Our room was clean and quiet. Easy walking distance to major NOTL attractions. We had curbside pickup dinner from the Cork restaurant (it was great). HH staff were accommodating and welcoming. Rate was reasonable. Full marks for accessibility….an elevator provides access to all 3 floors plus the parking garage. Nice breakfast served at distanced tables in the conservatory. All COVID precautions observed. We enjoyed our brief stay and will return.

My partner and I spent two nights in what we thought was going to be a luxurious room at $1200 for two nights and we sure were disappointed. The room needed a total renovation, the carpet was disgusting, there were heavy cobwebs behind the old tattered lampshades, the wood was chipped off the chair, the knob to turn the bathroom faucet on kept breaking off…..the list could go on. The breakfast was a sad affair and the staff cleaning the rooms wore their masks around their necks the whole time we were there. Oh, and the elevator doors were filthy and the flooring chipped and dirty, The only saving grace was the lovely woman working at reception. We will never stay here or recommend it to anyone ever. Feel totally cheated.

Spent one night at the Harbour House and the experience started off well before we even got there. I called to see if I could leave the car if we arrived earlier than check in time, and was told by a lovely helpful lady on reception that it would be no problem and I might even be able to get into the room if it was ready (it was). I understand comments re the hotel being a little tired but honestly, I found the whole place charming. The room on the 3rd floor faced the harbour and was very generous in size. Bathroom was great with a tub and separate shower. The stay overall was excellent and we enjoyed a silent and very comfortable night. Late breakfast was available and I guess limited due to you know what, but we found the light breakfast really fresh and tasty. All in all a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Niagara on the Lake!
