We held our yearly conference at this location and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kim, Kelly, Paul, Beverly, Paula, and Myles were. They really helped take the stress level down and all of our attendees had nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and location...

...We also liked our location and proximity to the Shaw Festival theater and the main street in town...

Queens Landing is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Niagara on the Lake, and this is what you pay for...

The baccus lounge is just perfect for a date night. the music was lovely, the staff were all very welcoming and attentive, and the bartender Turrell was very knowledgeable on how to make drinks and makes the perfect martini and margarita...

The rooms were bright and comfortable, and the conference space was private, easy to navigate, and perfectly suited to our group needs... Beautiful grand hotel with some amazing staff... Upon bringing it the attention of the wait staff over the weekend, they all told us that Management expected the servers to be responsible?... Not sure I want servers cleaning a filthy vent and serving food...

Stayed for one night as a couple in a Premium room, which was an upgrade and included a gas fireplace and jetted tub in the bathroom (didn’t use either)... Because there was a large jetted tub in the bathroom, there was only a very small shower stall in the bathroom... I am not very tall or overweight, and I could barely move in this shower... How do larger people handle these small shower stalls?... So I sent a text to the virtual concierge to book a whiskey tasting... Overall, it’s a very nice hotel, but starting to look a little dated and they need to get on the same page with their resort offerings...

...Thier staff friendliness, hospitality, and helpfulness is exactly what many say. One thing worth mentioning that other's seem to miss was the pool area... The heated pool, unlike many other hotels, is ACTUALLY heated, and a perfect temperature... Too often hotels "heat" their pools about 5 degrees above tap water, and we can never enjoy it, but here it was so enjoyable to soak and swim after a long day of walking and then getting caught in the rain... The atmosphere is amazing, the room is beautiful... We did breakfast buffet because we had dinner for the wedding (catered by them too)... Everything was included in the buffet (coffee, tea, juice), and they have everything anyone could want for typical breakfast... If you're looking to use their grand ballroom for a wedding or event, it is flawless... The Tiara restaurant is so pretty and I love the mixture of casual and classy!!...

...Front counter staff welcoming and helpful... We arrived later in the evening and wanted to use the facilities, but decided to get up in the morning and go down for a swim in a hot tub... However, when we got down there in the morning, the hot tub was closed for maintenance... I feel like if you have maintenance to do on your hot tub you should do it while your guests are sleeping...

...Memorable salads, charcuterie options, pillowy gnocci - look at my pictures :) As instructor I had a junior suite room. Very good size, sure room is older style but washroom more contemporary and had standup shower... But the treat was a Nespresso machine, early mornings with actual drinkable coffee in the room was awesome, gas fireplace so nice... As a business traveler, it’s a treat when you get a good pool for laps that has a beautiful window wall... A fantastic infinity-style hot tub?... And, the sauna was working just fine and kept our attendees in good health all week... But in just a few days our folks knew the names of some of the staff and they do this thing with flowers in your room... It was just nice touch, after a kind turn, after great service... Meeting rooms were good, wifi was great and they had this cool classic leather and wood library that was amazing to work and think in... Our group certainly didn’t mind it was a short walk or 4min drive to one of Canada’s best tourist shopping districts and the water...

...Guest services were always spot on - everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay...

...Our recent stay at Queen's Landing for my team of 6 was excellent. The process to organized the meeting was simple, and our meeting room was perfect - making it easy to get right to business so we could be efficient and enjoy the location and dining... The conference team were righ there to check on us, snacks/beverages always fresh and ready... Our meals were excellent, timely, wonderful service and a nice treat for our team to celebrate a great year... I enjoy the flexibility to stay at one hotel, but have the option to "dine out" at the other 2 locations... The rooms at Queen's Landing exceeded our expectations, so tasteful, clean and elegant - comfortable luxury... Overall a fantastic value for the rooms and conference package for a small team offsite meeting...

I knew we were in good hands from my first call with Peggy and her positive energy assisting with all of the details of our planning to meet our conference needs... Paul was readily available on site with assisting with set up and any of our last minute needs...

Recently hosted a business conference as well as a team building getaway at Queens Landing... Having also had the opportunity to dine at Pill and the Post (for dinner) and Prince of Wales (for high tea) - we thoroughly enjoyed our experience as did the attendees of the conference...

...I must have stayed in one of the most beautiful suites with a view of the lake. I was in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a conference and I did not want to leave my room, that is how quaint and comfortable the suite was... The rest of the hotel is stunning from the main lobby to the restaurant to the pool area... The hotel has the best spot in town, right by the marina, within walking distance to the lake, parks, trails and downtown... The doorman at the front was always smiling with a warm welcome, holding the door open for anyone coming and going...

...It was a superb venue to host our event—the food was delicious, and the rooms were both comfortable and luxurious (a rose on the pillow in each guestroom was a beautiful touch!). Everyone from the service staff, concierge, and AV crew (led by Chris from Encore) were incredibly helpful and friendly... She was always so responsive, enthusiastic, and did whatever she could to best accommodate our requests...

...Our rooms were clean, neat and spacious.The rose on each pillow was a really nice touch and our conference manager, Kelly left a handwritten note. We spent most of our two days in our conference room and both the set-up and size of the room were perfect for our team of 8 people... We loved the unlimited tea, coffee and beverages to keep us going throughout the day... The food and snacks we had throughout the day were both delicious and the portions were generous... We booked a variety of Spa appointments at the Pillar and Post prior to our arrival with the help of Jelena who was very knowledgeable and efficient... The shuttle driver, Kevin, kept our team laughing and he dropped us off at the Spa and picked us up... After our spa visit, we had a wonderful dinner n the Tiara Restaurant back at Queen's Landing... He was very accommodating to our requests, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals from the prix-fix menu... All of the staff here are a delight, from the front desk to the people that kept our drink and snack stations tidy and clean throughout the day...

There for a conference, and took time to enjoy hot tub, pool, gardens, room service so it was a beautiful retreat. The texting tool "Ivy" was great for getting extra coffee pods, forgotten toothpaste, etc...

...First off, I don’t think you should advertise (and charge for) a “Premium King with Jet Tub and fireplace” when neither the tub nor fireplace work... The third time we followed up, the concierge claimed there was no record of the earlier calls; even though they had earlier sent a maintenance guy – who couldn’t fix anything and simply recommended I could have a shower... Also, we had to follow up for our room to be cleaned – even though we were out of the room from 9 to 5 and had put up the door sign...
