Two stars as the Tiara restaurant meals were fantastic. Lack of a higher rating due to the cleanliness of the room as shown in photos below. Absolutely NOT what is expected @ those nightly prices. Mold in shower, covers hanging off wall, and spider webs INSIDE the window.
We have stayed at a few hotels in the area and nothing compares to Queen’s Landing so we keep coming back. Our room was ready right away and was clean and fresh. The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced.
It was an excellent & elegant stay!!! This was a Mom & Daughter’s trip, celebrating two birthdays. We loved our beautiful suite & all of the amenities & exquisite restaurant. The Manager was exceptional in the support he provided…very nice man! And all the other staff were also very nice. The property boasts very nice picture taking opportunities & is located in a very nice area. We hope to visit again!!!
Our legal team meeting was a great success at the Queens Landing. The attendees all noted how seamless it was. My event planner was fantastic, AV department great and most important the food was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your company meeting and/or leisure
Our team had a wonderful strategic planning meeting at Queen's Landing! Our rooms were clean, neat and spacious. The rose on each pillow was a really nice touch and our conference manager, Kelly left a handwritten note. We spent most of our two days in our conference room and both the set-up and size of the room were perfect for our team of 8 people. We loved the unlimited tea, coffee and beverages to keep us going throughout the day. The food and snacks we had throughout the day were both delicious and the portions were generous. We booked a variety of Spa appointments at the Pillar and Post prior to our arrival with the help of Jelena who was very knowledgeable and efficient. The shuttle driver, Kevin, kept our team laughing and he dropped us off at the Spa and picked us up. After our spa visit, we had a wonderful dinner n the Tiara Restaurant back at Queen's Landing. Our server, also named Kevin, was attentive, and friendly, and the service was great. He was very accommodating to our requests, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals from the prix-fix menu. All of the staff here are a delight, from the front desk to the people that kept our drink and snack stations tidy and clean throughout the day. I would highly recommend working with Kelly and April at Vintage Hotels if you are planning a conference or business retreat at Queen's Landing. We will be back again!…
I want to especially acknowledge Riley at the Tiara Restaurant & the Bacchus Lounge for his genuine & sincere attention to serving us. His attitude was very refreshing, & he needs to know we really appreciated it. As a customer service specialist, I can say Riley exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him. Also the desk attendant was very helpful & assisted us in transportation by hotel shuttle to an outside restaurant. Much appreciated. Doug Kennedy email@example.com
We just spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel, it is our second year visit since we do not want to travel out of country with the pandemic. Customer service is great, food at Tiara restaurant is delicious, price is on the high end side but food quality and service is top notch, Arthur at breakfast and Kim at lunch were great, Room is spacious and clean.
This was my first day in Niagara on the lake, the hotel was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel overall was very clean. The restaurants were convenient and delicious. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!
A taste of heaven on earth. Vintage charm, reminiscent of British period dramas that I love, in a tranquil atmosphere, topped by outstanding service at the Tiara Restaurant from Rudy, Matthew and Maria. I can’t wait to return again. One of my favorites about this hotel is the proximity to the water, adding to the already calm environment.
Queen's Landing is and always has been a preferred destination for my family, but it needs a fair bit of work. Landscaping, grounds, and lobby decor are as nice as always, but the guest rooms and halls are dated - lots of chipped paint, scuffed areas, and dusty light fixtures. My wife and I stayed in a single King room which was nice, but scratches on the walls and furniture dont really reflect the luxury this hotel is known for. Bathroom tile grout was brown and moldy and caulking was missing in several places. Stains on the furniture, dated and sluggish tv/interface. Fitness centre needs work as well and looked and felt more like a storage room for fitness equipment than a place I'd want to exercise in. More than anything, I think what this hotel needs is a fresh coat of paint everywhere. Bathrooms, hallways, door and window frames, wood trim... everything: scuffed and marked, faded, dusty. Its a beautiful property, but as I mentioned, showing its age, which is unfortunate for a hotel that charges a premium to its patrons.…
