We arrived at the hotel on Friday afternoon - were running late for a bike tour - after speaking with the front desk staff (so friendly), the hotel arranged for a personal shuttle drive to us to the bike shop so we could make our tour in time. We stayed in a suite - it was beautiful - fresh oranges...

I stayed at Prince of Wales hotel for business in April and the location is great, and the rooms are charming and unique - heavy emphasis on unique. The pictures on the wall in the room I was in were kind of creepy, we chose to stay elsewhere on our next business trip.

Lobby is intimate but environment a welcome entrance. The intricate wooden parquet floors are beautiful and fresh flowers abundant. Unfortunately we could not get a room in...

Our team recently stayed at the Prince of Wales for a corporate getaway, and I don't think we could say enough good things about the hotel - from the sales/coordination staff, to the restaurant staff, to the chefs, everyone we came into contact with was cheerful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and most of all extremely patient with our many requests. The team...

In planning for our recent trip to NOTL, I really vacillated between hotels and studied all the traveler review sites, and many books like Fodors. We finally went with the Prince of Wales and I can say we made the right decision. The hotel was immaculate and the staff extremely pleasant and efficient. We booked one of the larger rooms...

This vintage accommodation surpassed our highest expectations in every respect. We could not believe complimentary valet service and a complimentary in-room carafe of amazing coffee from room service. Special thanks to Travis in the Churchill Lounge and Uwe at the front desk for enhancing our stay. From Regina, Sask.

Just had lunch at the Churchill Lounge, and it was fabulous! Food and drinks were great, we ordered the Quinoa Tostado and the Steak Frites, recommended by our server, Andrew. He made us feel very comfortable! Definitely will be back soon!
