We specifically requested to stay at this hotel and we’re not disappointed. We were made very welcome from the concierge and reception team. Hotel has a huge car park which is included. They were particularly helpful in explaining where to park when visiting the Falls. Our room was a traditional one with a huge bath including a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath. Each night we were presented with a rose, which was a lovely touch. We had dinner in the Churchill bar, with good service, however the chips were very soggy, which considering the price, they should have got right. Breakfast was excellent with attentive staff (thanks Eric). The ambience of the hotel was great with a fabulous flower display at the front. The only real negative was the lack of an outside sunny seating area.

Hotel's Favorite
My wife and I visited the Prince of Wales recently (anniversary celebration) and were truly impressed. The staff were outstanding, from registration to dining room to in-room services. This is a wonderful example of old world elegance, with modern commitment to customer service. We dined on site several times, and enjoyed top quality fare, beautifully presented, with top notch service. Staff were consistently professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail.

I only stayed here for one night, but my parents often do and so it was on their recommendation. It was a very comfortable stay indeed. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was something else. It is also an easy stroll to the main street where all of the shops are, as well as the theatres. I would recomment this hotel.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel had an unusual smell, not sure if that was pool. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would sleep in that bed anytime. Delivery of roses and flowers around the hotel were beautiful. Liked it’s closeness to the main street

We had a meeting in The Cambridge Hall, everything went very smooth. Austin was just amazing in handling everything from making sure the room was set up to our requirements to making sure that our food was always replenished. The staff at the hotel were veryhelpful, always willing to help.

Visited the noble restaurant and Churchill lounge during our visit, and have had the most exquisite service. Breakfast in the noble was delicious and our server Victoria was so accommodating and understanding of my dietary restrictions. She answered all my questions with a smile. She was polite and well spoken, we look forward to seeing her on our next visit. In the Churchill, Max made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! We sat at the bar, and his personality made the experience so much better. Overall the staff we encountered on this trip was some of the best we’ve ever experienced.

My husband and I have stayed here several times and we have always had a 10/10 experience. One big reason we love to stay is that there are dog friendly accommodations and we like to bring our dog along with us. The rooms are perfectly located, right across the street from the park which is a perfect spot to walk our dog. The staff have always gone above and beyond for us, from the bellhops to the front desk staff, everyone is so helpful and friendly. The dining experience is amazing, we have a "favourite" server Graham, if you get the opportunity to sit in his section you will be in for a treat. His service is the best we have ever experienced and frankly one of the main reasons we always dine at the restaurant at the hotel. He is very knowledgeable and makes the dinner experience that much better. The food has always been delicious, we've never had a bad meal. This hotel is wonderful, the location is perfect to walk around Niagara on the lake. There are also several dog friendly patios and wineries in the area we enjoy visiting.

Unfortunately, as the organizer of this business trip, with 10 guests, and after having stayed at Vintages hotels at least 3-4 times per year personally, I was put into a room at the back of the hotel, facing the parking lot and adjacent to the door. Heating/air conditioning unit very loud and location quite poor. When asked if I could change rooms, I was told there were none available unless I paid more. Not the service I have been an accustomed to. Spent my 25th and 30th anniversary at a Vintage hotel. Have held numerous businesses meetings. Will opt for a different venue next time! Service is key in the hospitality industry. It’s sad that Vintage has forgotten that.
