We stayed for 2 nights. The room was nearly as expected as per booking.com. There were no dishes or silverware. Continental breakfast is not available at 6am as indicated. The young lady starts at that time it seems so you have to wait until she is done getting g everything out. We were on the top floor and there was... More

Read all the way through, please. We arrived an hour early, but the young lady on the front desk was very sweet and polite. She advised the room wasn't quite ready, but if we wanted to wait 20 mins, the room would be done. She directed us to the lounge area and the free coffee/tea. She was very polite, and... More

I stayed at the Niagara Residence and Conference Centre for two nights on Friday and Saturday May 20th and 21st 2016 with two friends. Each room has two bedrooms with a TV, chair, desk and bed in each and shares a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower stall. The pros: the location was great. It was a 10... More

The first thing you must know, this is not a normal hotel. This is a dorm converted for the season only. It brought me back to the college days. actually it was much nicer then any dorm I ever had. the room was essentially sound proof. the 2 bedroom suite consisted of a kitchenette area, the 2 small bedrooms and... We travelled to Niagara on the Lake for a wonderful Engagement Party! We did not want to spend too much money, considering we were only sleeping in our room. A good friend suggested Residence and Conferance Center-basically dorm rooms rented out during the Summer months. What a great way to spend little money, and see beautiful Niagara on the Lake!... Hotel was exactly what my wife and I wanted as it is about 20 minutes away from all the noise in Niagara Falls. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for us as we drove and saw Toronto in the morning and Niagara Falls in the afternoon. There is also an outlet mall five minutes away. I... More

This hotel is in fact the (NC) Niagara college student dorm converted for the season into a hotel. We had a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen (microwave & fridge). Honestly, the room was perfect. Not a 5 star resort but just right for a 3 night stay. The staff is very polite and always helpful. I must point... More

Very basic accomodation. The price was reasonnable. Beds very uncomfortable. No style. Outside of main touristic areas. I would recommend for students, groups or young family who have a small budget. The reception staff was helpful. Breakfast very basic. there was only one toaster and it was very slow... was a long line-up.

We booked a room at this 'hotel', which is actually a college dormitory. A room was not available when we arrived, so we proceeded with our plans for the day. We were running late, so phone the 'hotel' at ~6 pm to advise them that we'd be checking in late. Our call went to voice mail. We finally heard back... More

Booked thru Bookin.com for July 7-9 2015. This is a college dormitory and it is not advertised as that. If I would have known it was a dorm, I would never had booked it. Mgr said not allowed to book as dorm on Booking.com. Totally false advertising by Booking.com and Residence and Conference Center. I will never use Booking.com again.... More
