We were looking for an alternative to the overly priced accommodations in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This place is not the Ritz, but is a clean, basic inn. It seems to be a large college dorm that was converted to a conference center. We had a 2 room suite that had a large kitchen. There were several families there, a group of young... More

Stayed at the residence for a cycling weekend with Durham Cycling Club. The rooms are dorm rooms with kitchenette. Staff was very accomidating also had one of the activity rooms for our BBQ Saturday that was done by Chartwells catering also at the college. Every thing was clean and surprisingly the beds were actually comfortable. Outlet mall within walking distance.

The last time I stayed here in May, there were signs that this operation is going downhill when it comes to management. After we checked in and got to our room, we discovered the beds had been stripped of the sheets, and the place hadn't been cleaned. Then it took a while to find us another suite. When we finally... When we first opened the door to go into the room, we thought OMG, this place looks like a jail cell, it is very bare bones, and very dark, the lighting is very bad, the rooms were very worn and need to be spruced up some how. The bed was comfortable. The hallways were not very clean. The continental breakfast... More

This is bare-bones accommodation for a reasonable price. You get 2 bdrms with double beds and a separate kitchen area (full fridge & microwave) so it is a good option for families. You will need to pack some kitchen supplies (plates, cutlery, glasses, dishwash soap, etc) if you want to make use of the BBQ outside or have a lunch... More

I stayed at the Niagara on the Lake Residence Centro for 2 nights with 2 friends on June 9th and 10th. This property exceeded my expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was nearly as expected as per booking.com. There were no dishes or silverware. Continental breakfast is not available at 6am as indicated. The young lady starts at that time it seems so you have to wait until she is done getting g everything out. We were on the top floor and there was... More

Read all the way through, please. We arrived an hour early, but the young lady on the front desk was very sweet and polite. She advised the room wasn't quite ready, but if we wanted to wait 20 mins, the room would be done. She directed us to the lounge area and the free coffee/tea. She was very polite, and... More

I stayed at the Niagara Residence and Conference Centre for two nights on Friday and Saturday May 20th and 21st 2016 with two friends. Each room has two bedrooms with a TV, chair, desk and bed in each and shares a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower stall. The pros: the location was great. It was a 10... More

The first thing you must know, this is not a normal hotel. This is a dorm converted for the season only. It brought me back to the college days. actually it was much nicer then any dorm I ever had. the room was essentially sound proof. the 2 bedroom suite consisted of a kitchenette area, the 2 small bedrooms and...
