We stayed here last night and we are beyond impressed. The rooms are massive, literally like having your own mini condo. I asked for the tea light and rose petal service + a bottle of sparkling to be there beforehand and it was a lovely touch! The jacuzzi was clean and worth it. We had a couple massage with two male massage therapists, the best I’ve had in awhile and my hubby thought so too. Room service will deliver margaritas etc right to your room! Check out is 12pm which gave us a lot of time to sleep in & the breakfast was soooo yummy, light yet filling & delivered to our room ( fresh press coffee was delicious). A maximum 5 minute walk to Clifton hill & 8 to the falls. and there’s a Starbucks really close. The only negative was the two TVS only get like 3 channels. Definitely will be here again, it was amazing. Personal recommendation: Order Hola Churros on ‘skip the dishes’ to your room they were YUMMY.

Front desk staff friendly and professional. I had ordered some extras that they offer and when we checked in we were informed that our room had been upgraded. Nice touch on their part. The extras were in the room and the room was very nice. Great ambiance with soft music playing and just the right amount of lighting. Comfortable king bed, fireplace, jacuzzi tub and a big glass shower. Complementry breakfast delivered to the room at time requested and it was very good. Parking rate is reasonable compared to other hotels in the city. Short walk to Clifton Hill area. Will definitely book again.

Awesome huge suite, with fab steam shower. Our kids had ordered wine and charcuterie for the room, and on top of that the staff had strewn rose petals and tea lights (battery) over the bed. So lovely! Continental breakfast at the door in the morning to top it off. Located close to all activities as well.

My wife and I decided to go for a romantic couple of days away and decided to try The Sterling. We were honestly blown away at the size or our room. The room is very spacious, in no way will you feel squished like most of the rooms in the big chain hotels. Our room had the jacuzzi tub which we took full advantage of. The king bed was very comfortable, the breakfast the next morning was delivered on time and the egg wraps were still hot! Not the usual case with some of the room service we've experienced in the past at other hotels. There were just a few minor annoyances, the tv is very difficult to find any free cable channels if you want to just relax a little before dinner or bed and not get into a 2 hour movie ( lots of on demand however). It would be nice if there was a way to separate the two from the guide. It also took quite a while for the water to become hot to take a shower or fill the jacuzzi but once it arrived, there was definitely no shortage and it was definitely hot. Both, very minor issues that will not keep us from returning. Overall, there is no better value anywhere in the falls that we could find. With it only being a 5-10 minute walk to the falls, why pay 50-60% more just to be in hotel closer with a basic room and amenities? We decided to make this our destination spot when we need a romantic getaway. We can't wait to book a little more time to take advantage of the spa and try a room with the steam shower next time.

As noted our beautiful boutique is within a short walking distance to the Falls, as well as local attractions located on Clifton Hill. During your next visit as you mentioned you must experience the Spa as well as our amazing restaurant AG.
